This was perfect. I just finished watching the first season of Smallville and this read like it could have been any epsisode of it! Well, obviously there would have been some changes. LOL.

Lex, of course, was just perfect. The right amount of forbiden and then wanting affection through out it. The end blew me away. I love belting though, so I may be more than a little biased.

Wonderful story! I really enjoyed it! Its a nice change of pace to see clark and lex as friends and I love how the kents accepted lex so readily. Great job!!

Dum-dum-dum, the plot thickens. I really like where this is going, The characters seem to work together nicely and the suspense is growing. I was always afraid role playing meant sacrificing plot to explore characters, but you've done a fantastic job of balancing both.

I like Martha in here, too. This story reminds me how much she had to mediate between the guys. I wanted her to have a special connection with Chloe or one of the other girls - give her some girl time away from all the guys.

I like this beginning - I had forgotten how much Clark relied on his parents in the early seasons. Oh, I miss Jonathan Kent, now.

Good start to things. I like the conversations and the interplay between the characters. I'll keep reading to see what happens next.
