Alwakejah. Just wow. I read the story all in one go, and the collective emotions which it invoked were all very very good. I enjoyed the transition Roxas went through in questioning his sexuality, and Sora being the character foil.

Axel was played very skillfully, and even though many cliched lines were used, at least the cliched-ness was acknowledged.

Truthfully the ending was quite rushed, and there were many things left dangling, such as Namine's future and the purpose of Roxas and Sora receiving the 4mil.

Overall though, the story was/is a very good read.

Maybe it's because you based it off a clichéd chick flick plotline that I loved it so much. Or maybe it's just because you characterized most of them beautifully.

Axel's background was sad, and when he took Roxas to see his sister, I teared up. (I love the name Lyra too, by the way, ever since I read The Dark Materials series). Roxas' fussiness and irritability were key, as well as Axel's undying persistent endeavors to get Roxas close to him. I felt Naminé was slightly out of character, but it was nice to see a calm break-up between her and Roxas.

Oh, and Sora was pretty much made of win in this fic. His mom's snide comments were a little cringe-worthy; I wonder how disappointed she'd be when she found out about Roxas and Axel? Riku barely saying a word cracked me up too.

I like how the addition of wealth didn't really change much for Roxas or Sora either, as it shouldn't. :) It was a very amusing and fun to read story.

I've wondered about the prostate thing too, I know about prostate exams and was always like "Dude, a finger can find it! How can't you!?" Iteresting enough, i don't think alot of people notice it in writing.

ANYWAY... The fiction is awesome! (did I write it before, or did I just think it?) I love the way you write and describe the characters (Feels like I've been writing this a lot in reviews... Althrough, it's true), and, well, I realized that you've pictured Demyx differently than a lot of other fanfictions.
It really is ironic that Axel and Roxas first met at the bar, then noticed that they were neighbours and then realizing that they were teacher and student.
I don't have anything more to write other than, once again, 'I love this story'. I'll make sure to check out all your other stories!!

This has been on my 'to read' list for weeks, but I've never really got round to it. I'm glad I did though, it's such a moving and inspirational story that makes me just want to go and write soem AkuRoku of my own. So much so that I actually may just do that.

I especially enjoyed the gradual development in all the characters involved, as well as the development in the relationships and the continuous changing of thoughts and feelings all the characters witnessed and felt. Truly heartwarming.
