Also Hinata should be a ragamuffin, it dosnt look like hinata as much but her personality is matching. I mean simamese are rowdy and raggamuffins are more submissive, expecially when you pick them up.

I read on your profile that you've more or less left the Naruto fandom, but I would love to see the continuation or ending of this story. And for writing such a good story, here are a few of my thoughts on characterization.

Naruto is perfect, which is to be expected, seeing as he's kind of the center of the story. I like that you made him Iruka's first pet, which gives him a special place in Iruka's heart, just as in canon. I also think that Iruka is well done--while he plays a more minor role in canon, he still gives off the stern but loving vibe, and I'm glad to see that you've expanded on it. I've also seen the temptation to make Iruka seem more feminine than he is, and I'm glad to see that you've steered away from that.

Kakashi is pretty new so far, but you're doing a good job with him. Since most of his interactions with Iruka are more or less up to the author, there's a lot of liberty with writing here. I would like to see him push Iruka's buttons more and ruffle his feathers a bit. I also think that Iruka can deliberately get under Kakashi's skin as well and dish out what he takes, so there's a lot of potential here for an often un-used idea.

I like the whole conflict between Sasuke and Neji so far. It's good to see how Naruto can profoundly affect both of them (albeit for mostly biological reasons). I think Neji needs a bit more rounding out, however. I'm not sure exactly how far anthropomorphism extends in this scenario, but to me it seems that Sasuke could possibly have some sort of emotional attraction to Naruto (i.e. his thoughts while bandaging his paw), whereas Neji's attraction seems more like a "notch on the scratching post" kind of thing. If you continue this story, I'd like to see their motivations develop a bit more.

The other pets seem to be more or less supporting cast at this point, and they do well for the roles they play. I'd like to see Shikamaru or Shino take on a more important role in the story, though they more or less have the good sense to stay out of trouble. I'm very interested in seeing how Sakura and Ino react to Sasuke and Naruto, when/if they "get together". And wolverine!Chouji makes me smile. Kudos for giving Chouji some love!

Anyway, that was a hella long review. Hopefully something out there inspires you to continue this story, but if not, I'm happy for what I've read so far.

So far this story has me rolling in laughter. Choji makes such a cute wolvie. I have to agree with you about Hermaphrodite for any sort of Mpreg...makes no sense any other way.
