Hi, so I just finished reading The Other Side, and I thought it was brilliant. You did really well with managing to keep the characters believeable, while creating a storyline. The story in general was very well written. I really enjoyed reading it, and I found myself wishing that there was a second chapter to read. I think that you could easily turn this into a full blown story, and I highly encourage doing so. You have tremendous talent, and I commend you. :)

This was another great one-shot by you, big surprise. It's really nice to see a young Draco in one of your stories, since it's usually post-Hogwarts for you. Good characterization! I'm adding this to my faves, too.

I am reading "Heavy Lies the Crown" and really wanted to read something else by you, so I found this and decided to read this. This is a really great story. I loved Dracos dueling subconscious. The desire to save his family and do his duty, and the desire to be a different kind of man. He is really a good kind of person underneath all that anger and cowardice. I really enjoyed this story and can't wait to read the story that comes after.

I've never read Moby Dick (I had a *very* bad American Lit teacher that so badly burned me on the subject in High school that I've refused to ever study it again {and I'm like Hermione when it comes to books so it takes real *effort* to ruin a whole range of books for me}) so I was sitting here wondering why the quote was familiar until I heard it repeated in my mind's ear in Ricardo Montalban's voice and realize they'd used it as Khan's dying speech in Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan. You used it very nicely in this story, and I'm looking forward to reading other stories by you. Oh wow. Just wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. I loved this oneshot. I was about to read "The Redemption of Draco Malfoy" when I read that this was a prequel of sorts, so I decided to read this first. Freaking brilliant. The whole attack, and Draco doing the first heroic thing ever...and how he had remembered that she was a girl with hopes and dreams and ambitions...and wow. It was all very well done. Blaise was really evil and I never expected Crabbe or Goyle to help him out rather than Malfoy, but he really did keep a lot of stuff from them in that year, so yeah, that works. “I hope we both get to see the other side of this.” I really liked that line. Well done! Now, I'm going to read "Redemption".

I liked this. I think I am going to be very angry with Blaise, thoug. It is interesting that you had Crabbe and Goyle helping him, I'd always assumed that they were MAlfoy's cronies, and his alone. Then again, he DOES have a lot of secrets he is keeping from them, and (at least in the fanfics) Malfoy seems to lose the whole blood superiority thing.
