It's somewhat hard to write in this way, especially if you change the speaker's turn some point in the fic. But you made it really well. This was really easy and fun to follow. It was really cute to see how fatherly Kenpachi was. And so desperate he even asked Byakuya's help. Lol. xD This could be something which could ACTUALLY happen in the anime/manga.
