Ah! I love this series! The way you portray all the characters and their relationships is simply brilliant. It's rare to find such thorough and thoughtful work on fanfiction. I also really like how you tie in all the random extras from Episode Zero and the like.

Out of curiosity did you have all of this planned out from the beginning like Tavi being Treize's twin, or do you come up with it as you went on?

Anyway, thank you so much for these three wonderful collections. I hope that you will get around to tying up the last few strands sometime soon. I look forward to reading more of your work regardless. Great job, keep up the good work.

So sad to see this end but I guess that merely means you're free to work on other stories! Let's see a couple of comments on this chapter:

1) Where did you pick up the name Miri for Zechs? I don't think I've ever heard of it before.

2) The whole going over what the boys, Tavi and Mia all experienced from one another could have gone over very cliche, sappy, etc. but you did a great job! I feel like all of your Makar stories up to this point have been building them up into the team that they were at the end of the regular series. So now when so many inner thoughts and emotions are exposed they are close enough to one another to understand. Also the way you wrote each pilot was well thought out (as always!)

3)I never had thought that Midi from the Manga was the Lady Une from the show, a relative or something but the way you explained it makes it seem plausible. (I think my only problem was she seems so much older than the pilots)

4) Why or why did you have to pose all those questions at the end! Now I'm going to go bonkers waiting for the questions to be answered! Maybe I'll let you know about some other points you should investigate...

So in conclusion another great story, as always I am very impressed with your writing style and way of interpreting things. I would have added this story to my favorites if I hadn't done so way back in chapter 2 or 3. Nice work and I hope you enjoyed writing it!

And how will Zechs and Tavi deal with each other given Zechs grew up with Treize and has more intimate knowledge of him and how will Tavi react to those times when it just has to jar.

So many things could come of that and other little bits left undone.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this and I look forward to the next in the series and your new fantasy. Sounds interesting.

Ok, I'll admit that I had to read this chapter twice. Naughts power was kind of unexpected and a little 'out of this world' from the rest of the story line. At least that's the best way I can put it. I'm not saying it doesn't fit in at all but I sure was surprised to see something like psychic powers pop up in one of your stories. However i did like the chapter overall. The scene where Naught enters the room has some exquisite details and carries a lot of emotion. And I laughed when I read about how perplexed the servants, Noin and Une were at finding themselves somewhere different. Though I can't help wondering what will happen to Naught and Zechs in the next chapter...

Well Une and Noin are going to be royally ticked about being ejected [snicker]. Shades of Seed, eh? So so looking forward to more.

Well damn, what a nasty place to leave it! Zechs just had a heart attack, yes? I do hope you have the next chapter just about ready to post up.

Mariemaia can be as frightening as Dorothy with a little time to grow into her shoes. Definitely her fathers daughter.

Another chapter up so soon! And a very good one too, I really liked these few little scenes. At first of I was kind of skeptical about getting each of the boys outfits described, but by the end I realized that it was exactly something Tavi would do. Even though he is no longer 'in charge' of the boys persay, he seems to be mentally evaluating how they are adjusting. And I was so betting that Mia wasn't actually asleep on the plane, great twist there!

Wow, this is the first chapter where I have felt so much of Naught's emotions! It is so apparent how hard he has struggled being apart from his brother, distancing himself but unable to continue doing so when faced with so many reminders of him. I love how Treize has seemed to never forget about him though too, very cute but not sappy because it was so subtle. I really am curious though as to what Une says though, about what really kept them apart all these years. Was it just the restraints of the Makar or because Zechs kind of took his place or is there another reason?

There is a great deal Naught will have to get used to living in that palace. It will be interesting to see how certain people react to seeing him in that jade uniform.

Poor Naught, so overwhelmed by the wealth his brother inherited that he doesn't even notice Wufei's extreme reaction. I'm kind of surprised actually, perhaps he's filled with a little jealousy for what Treize received? I don't really pick up on that from your writing but I could see it crossing his mind. And I love the little bit about how he notices the imprint Une's shoes make, that was such an ordinary thing to bring attention to and made a good segue for the next part. ;)

One question though, I'm assuming Wufei was reacting to his supposed 'wife' false memories and all that, but wasn't her name Meilan? Ok, that may be being picky but I usually don't find ANYTHING in your stories to critique so I have to point it out!

A whole new world for Naught to learn. He'll be needing a bit of support instead of supporting the boys for a change. It should be interesting to watch him try to be a father to Mariemaia and be a... what?... to Une. He'll never BE Treize after all. That could be the prickliest challenge I think.

Huh, I had never thought about Zechs being 'tweaked' like the boys. Of course having all five scientist messing with him would give interesting results. And I like how the boys put games on Naughts laptop, computer games seem like an easy transition for them after the war. And of course Dorthys' goodbyes at the end are enertaining! Nice job like always!

Ah, you just have to love Dorothy. You never know what she will come out with or do. There is only one like her.

So this is Naught hacking into Zech's memories via the direct computer link right? I really like the background of Treize and Zechs, it's really nice. Everything fits in with the series and explains their deep bond. It also really demonstrates how Treize fought so hard to have Zechs' take Naught's place and how this new friendship after being separated from his true brother.
