Besides, I loved the setting and I must say you chose your inspiration well 'cause I believe that's the best cutscene of RE2. (I myself used it for a oneshot, only from Birkin's pov -might wanna check it though I think you did a better job than I-). Thanks

Now this is very refreshing... well-written and with a protagonist that isn't a lone fifteen-year old high-school kid with impossibly good survival skills and unlimited ammo, which is a nice change from the norm.

(Rich coming from me, I know, since my first characters were high-schoolers, but I made a point of not making them invincible. Truth be told, they were bloody lucky to make it out alive.)

But yeah, I really enjoyed reading your character's perspective on the situation in the sewers, especially when he sees Hunk at the end and wants to tell him he survived too, even as he lies dying. That was a surprisingly touching moment and I felt very sorry for him. Shame he couldn't have made it out, but a well-written OC should have the same kind of chances of survival as any normal person in the same situation would. If they're on their own and facing up against something nasty like Birkin or, say, a Tyrant, then chances are they aren't going to make it...

Really good job on this one, you get two thumbs up from me!
