Well done! I felt like the two were kept very in character and I only wish that the fic was longer since I enjoyed reading about them so much! But that last line "But all Ogata really noticed was the air – it was filled with the smell of Go," does it refer to Sai, that he had somehow been watching over the two in the elevator in spirit? I somehow feel that way. Anyways, thank you for writing!

I have to admit, that I expected more of this story when I opened it, but it wasn't bad.

At least the two of them survived... Thank goodness. I hope Ogata manages to make his apology to Hikaru at some point later... I like Ogata's musings on Shindo. It always interests me to see things from his perspective.

They are very into character! But I don't think the lift will run out of air . . . I once watch a program and they tested out that they won't suffer from the loss of air cause there's some small holes inside the lift(Well maybe only THAT lift...) no offense, but it's a great story.

The end was kind of anti-climatic.

Loved this story! Ogata and Hikaru were very in character and I can totally imagine a conversation like this taking place between them. Hikaru is so stubborn! -

That was pretty good, I just wish it had been longer. I'm kinda stuck wondering what would have happened next. Anyway, great job!
