I read the "played the Ocarina of Time" line, and almost thought he talking about the game.

Can a sequel be in the making? It'd be awesome now that Hryule Historia is out.

This was a really great story! I'm a huge fan of zelink and I really like the idea of them trying to be together for centuries but Ganondorf always getting in the way. I loved the way you tied a lot of the games together in all the flashbacks and memories. My laziness decided to review now instead of every chapter as I read this fanfic over the course of 3 days and so sorry if its super long! Fantastic writing and great emotion! Good job!

Damn... this is amazing, and epic. Seamlessly linking the games in a way I would never have thought of until Skyward Sword. Hell if it wasn't for the lack of references ans the fact that this story to nearly 4 years too early I would have thought you included Skyward Sword as well.

Thank you for writing this and sharing it. And I am quite happy to see the Hero and the Princess finally get their happy ending.

Oh my gosh! You have me HOOKED! The beginning of this is amazing! I love how you don't reveal who the narrator for sure is until the very end. Chapter two, here I come! 33

I love the tone in this first chapter. I've read a lot of fanfiction and few capture a feel of a fairytale or myth. It's done here. :)

"Zelda," I began, but again my throat constricted. Who was I that the Princess of Light should bow to me? Did she still not know, after all these centuries, that everything I was and everything I had was hers to command?" so beautiful and perfect. I love this story so much.

"I live but for you. So long as you are alive, I can endure anything." so perfect! It's totally how I imagine Link towards Zelda. You have a really impressive knowledge of all the games.

This story is so beautiful, it really embodies zelda and link's relationship. It deserves many more reviews. It's absolutely stunning. Possibly the best contribution to this pairing.

Thank you ever so much for writing this most excellent and well-planned story. Thank you even more for giving screen time to the last of the Greatly Random Objects of Evil's Bane: the almighty bone-hooked Fishing Rod. (To my knowledge, there have been two others: the Bug-Catching Net of A Link to the Past had the Master Sword's ability to reflect Agahnim's energy fireballs, and an Empty Bottle in Ocarinia of Time served the same purpose.)

And by the way, don't feel too bad about the whole 60 hour minimum time to complete a good playthrough; imagine having to do it on a GameCube that has to be opened and closed just to get it to read the game every single time it goes to load anything new, such as a new room...or the next part of a multi-part cutscene with flashbacks...or just about any time a Bulbin starts shooting arrows at you. It stands as a testament to Twilight Princess's quality as a game that I willingly did that to play it, instead of reinvesting in a Master Sword replica for the purpose of hacking said console into tiny little plastic bits for all the aggravation!

Loved the entire story... but I have to admit, I felt the ending could've been a little more... emotional. It felt slightly detached from the rest of the story, like it was no longer being told from Link's perspective. The wedding could have had more detail, the love he felt for her and joy at finally being together could have been expressed a little clearer. Just a little to think about for next time. I am glad you avoided explicit details and mature themes. That's all I have, and it's a small thing. It was beautifully told. 4 1/2 stars!

I liked the way you introduced the memories and dreams of Link into the story. I think is so cute that they still loved each other after so many lives away from each other.
