This is an interesting story :) I liked how you used the beginning to conclude the entire thing, like it was some premonition that history would repeat itself the way Ryoma thinks in both beginning and end, "Not scared, just worried, that's all," and how the last paragraph was "Ryoma groaned in response...he knew that he was entering some sort of personal hell..." And it did repeat itself in a way. This story ended really well.

Just a note on chapter five, Buddha represents the religion Buddhism, which is practiced by a large portion of Japan. But everyone has their shortcomings. Like I really have no idea what a gigolo is.

When I was reading the high school seniors part, I knew it. Haha. But this was awesome. The ending. Yet also the beginning of a "new personal hell" for Ryoma.

I loved this, all in all. I'm not trying to be a good reviewer here that praises you and stuff, but the ending was worth the wait, really. Perfect for the story, I can say.
