I found this to be a refreshing story in which Harry's relatives just left Harry alone, and Harrys' ambitions lay outside of the Wizarding World.

I wonder if perhaps in the future Harry and Voldemort will have an agreement that basically says, "You get the magical world, I get the muggle. You leave us alone, and we'll leave you alone," with muggleborns either having some sort of block placed on their magic at birth, or being spirited away (with the parents believing them to have died shortly after birth) to be raised in the magical world.

My only complaint about this story is the fact that it hasn't been updated in quite a while, but I understand that people DO have lives outside of fanfiction, or may have just hit a wall in their stories.

this story's absolutely brilliant. harry is charming and witty, but he's also intelligent, a characteristic the canon harry is sorely lacking. he is also supported by characters that are individual without being too showy. the plot is well-paced and well thought out. i'm kind of sad since it looks like you won't be continuing this story, but if you do continue to write, i'd love to read more of it (o: cheers!

While we have seen several versions of a "dark" Harry this is the best try at giving us a "cold" one. Please continue to work on this story, as your characters, while not OOC, are different and acting in reasonable ways to fairly unreasonable stresses.
As no-ones plans survive contact with reality (a variation of the old maxim) things should get more interestingly chaotic as agendas collide.
