vectis 2008-05-13 ch 1,	abuseI love the way you write these Anomen stories as you make the character leap from the screen/page, although, sitting still long enough to sew and embroider a pouch stretches belief a bit too far. The way you likened Gandalf's staff to a computer made me laugh. As for Figwit - an accident prone elf? - he certainly sounds a bit of an enigma.

OMG no! :) But wow, that shift at the end there... just brilliant. I think my favourite line was this one: Elrond knew from long experience that it was always a bad sign when an elfling developed an intense interest in his place setting. Oh yes, definitely yes... :) Thanks for this lovely angsty tale!
CAH 2008-04-30 ch 1,	abuseYay for another Anomen story! You just made my entire day. Of course Elrohir would be given the task of hiding the staff. I'm just surprised Mithrandir left it somewhere long enough for Anomen to take it! Poor Figwit; definitely a walking disaster area; but I'm sure he's well loved anyway! You really have to feel for Anomen. He just wants Mithrandir with him all the time and will go to any lengths to try and make it happen. He does have a good heart. “I suppose,” he said slowly, “that I was trying to make mischief.” You think?! snorts That had to be the best line in the whole story! Thanks for bringing us another insight into the life of Anomen. I, at least, can never get enough! More please!

You didn't!" love that line very funny excellent as usual i always TRY to give some concrit in a review but your stories are so darn good there's never anything to say except "well done"
Ne'ith5 2008-04-29 ch 1,	abuseYea! You're back and with a new Anomen tail! Loved the interaction between Gandalf and the elflings. Poor hapless figwit an apt name if ever I've heard one the scene where the statues fall over one by one was priceless. And of course the twins strike again, now if only they had to put up with someone that played the same pranks on them now that would be funny. Loved the foreshadowing of the war of the ring too. AS usual a quality fic about my favorite elfling from one of my favorite writers. I hope you and your family are all well, and happy early mothers day!
