Total Robin-y/Barney goodness. You really have a flair for writing these characters. Very funny exchanges. But I'm really hoping I'm going to keep cruising through the stories and find the one you've written wherein Robin finally admits her feelings. :-) I'm sure that it will be as well-written and will ring as true as your other fics. So i had never seen this show ever, nor did i have any desire to. But, for some reason or another, i happened to catch it this week, and hey, it was kinda cute! Then, you write a fanfic about the one ep i have ever seen, and hey, it was really cute! Nice little coincidence, i think...

wow- i loved this (and should have been writing papers instead of reading it or writing this)- this is the show i only catch sometimes but i know the characters enough to see you *nail* them, and now i am most decidedly going to youtube to catch-up. really, so great, especially with the little details- like barney's face lighting up over the word 'best friend' or the sandcastles in the sand bit- you just really get them, and make them seem so real- great job! thanks for a great read/ essay-distraction :D

Adorable story! I think that is exactely how Robin could have behaved. It was so perfectly in character and I just loved the part about Robin being able to only be Robin around Barney. I can really imagine her being tired to hide all those little things while with Ted. Barney´s reaction in the bar was awsome, and Robin pretending to not know what he was talking about just made be smile.
All in all, great work!
