I loved the ending, and the fact that Ryuk says "I can see his name and face and lifespan, Light. Isn't that interesting? I can see yours, too!" made me think that since Light has a lifespan, he's no longer Kira at that point. I don't know if that's what you meant, but that's how I took it, even though Light thinks of Kira right before Ryuk says that line. In any case, a first-rate story if I ever saw one

Oh my God... that was awesome. So depressing, and so deep... wow. I'm totally faving this. And even though I'm a sucker for the love/romanc-y LightxL fics, this was beautiful, too, if in a kind of twisted way. I love it.

Good. Quite a good fic. I like the order you put events in. Inner feelings of Raito and L were described logically. I also appreciate the way their relationship developed. Really like the ending. I must say that I find your style of writing very appealing.

This was great! It was very poignent. One of the best DN fanfics I've read(even though it's short, but I know it has to be that way). I hope you write many many more fanfics that even surpass this one.

It's so good, but with such a vague ending, I crave more. I love the mind games and the torture. And the fact that Misa came into the picture, throwing L off like that, made me want to laugh.

And Light won't break, so this will go on for sometime. Until they catch Misa... Maybe she won't get caught though, then Light has the chance to escape. And Ryuk hasn't killed him yet, so he isn't due to die soon...

God, that was amazing. The ending make me wish that you would write a sequel or another chapter though. Love is abstract. For a time, it seemed as if Light was developing a case of Stockholm syndrome. As much as he hates L, L is his world. And L is obsessed with him for being a mystery. Light is within his grasp, but he cannot understand the complexities of Light. And Ryuk! He knows that Light is not about to die, so he hasn't killed him yet. If Light was made to confess, his lifespan would undoubtably drop. How amusing. What a wonderful story.
