This... has got to be around about the weirdest crossover I have ever seen. And that's saying something. I mean this thing’s so weird that the weirdness simply overrides all other things - good, evil, grammar - which merely become irrelevant in the face of the sheer weirdness!

I was about to run away when instantly the thought occurred to me: TARDIS and Bus? Why not? The only thing you disappointed on was the length; you should totally do this a longer story!
