That is so sad, and yet so believable. I loved it. It was so... wow. I can honestly say it fits them both perfectly. You know you could make a really awesome full length story with them working out this little problem... Oh man... sometimes being overly imaginative can be a downfall. If you don't mind I would love to write this story... unless you want to. I think it would be a great long fic, and you could have some fun with it. Let me know! Ja ne!

So sweet, and so sad, that both these boys think so little of themselves! They really are perfect for each other. :) Kakashi's last section is really quite moving. "I wouldn't do that either if I were you" really makes an impact.

Oh my goodness, I have tears in my eyes. This is very, real. I loved it. Thank you for starting off with Kakashi. I didn't expect it and it gave a nice introduction. Iruka counting off the times, finally with the last time when he didn't bother to wonder, simply wished he would come home. That reminds me of myself, that is so true. Thank you for writing this.

I'm not the biggest Iruka and Kakashi fan, in fact Im not at all but I like the simplicity and painful honesty of this fic. It explores in few words, because not a lot of words are in fact needed, the fears, pitfalls and scares of a relationship. In the end they stay because despite it all they want to.
