Talphon 3/5/12 . chapter 11
Excellent Story as are all of your stories, can't wait to read the next chapters in all of them. Don't mean to knit-pic, but I believe that according to Canon, Quantum Torpedoes are Zero-point energy weapons, there is no Anti-matter in that type of system. Photon Torpedoes yes, plenty of anti-matter. Quantum torpedoes are a completely different system. You have done an excellent job of meshing all of these disparate Sci-Fi universes together, a true joy to read. All of your stories are well thought out and extremely dynamic, a great read. I was wondering as far as ATV goes, will you have a second part that will tell the tale of the Vorlon and Federation war in Picard's time? A second part with the same high quality of the rest of ATV is something that keeps me up at night thinking about deep space battles between Sovereigns, Defiants, Nebulas, Prometheus, and every other class out there fighting agaisnt the Vorlons. I can't even call them evil, as they appear in ATV they are something worse, something that considers all the younger races as basically test animals, not really sentient.

I found this story to be well conceived, developed and executed. Every aspect was well done and the characters were believable. Well done.

Reformat this story stat!

That was outstanding! And I speak as one who watched the original BSG series because it was the only new scifi at the time, it hadn't really caught my interest afterwards (and you know my opinion on the new). I was surprisingly drawn into this by its characters, and it helped by the surprise of having hortas in a story, so few feature them. But back from that digression, this was a wonderful read that again I found inspiring and uplifting as your other work despite the bleak situation the characters are in.

What can I say, other than that this story is very good. It is amazingly enjoyable to read, very interesting, and the dialogue from the different characters from both series seems consistent with what you would expect. The storyline keeps you hooked, and makes you want to keep going on from one chapter to the next. The blood-thirsty nature of the original Cylons, combined with the Federation's ideal that all living beings have a right to live with some form of independence, the Colonial's acquired hatred of the Cylons, the Romulan's xenophobic nature, and the Klingon's nature to shoot back at anything that offends them or their allies makes for one interesting and exciting storyline, and keeps the reader wondering what will happening next, which needless to say is something I find important in order to keep me interested.

However, I did notice a major error in the plot: the T'kon Empire wasn't located anywhere close to the Romulan Neutral Zone, and it barely even extended into the Beta Quadrant; in fact, if one were to look at a star map, you would see that the location hinted in the story where the Cylons get their upgrades can only sort of be located somewhere on the opposite side of the galaxy in the Alpha Quadrant. You probably should have used an Iconian factory instead, especially because it happens to be somewhere in the Romulan Neutral Zone where the Klingon and Federation borders meet, which is where the setting of the story appears to be. Another inconsistency is that Livingston's aquarium actually survived the crash-landing of the Enterprise-D intact, and it is hinted that Livingston the lion fish probably also survived the crash landing, so the claim of the fish in the aquarium being cloned copies in chapter seven does unfortunately contradict canon.

However, despite these inconsistencies, this story is still a thoroughly enjoyable read. A very well done job. :)

Great. Now I've got a Janeway headache. Thanks.

Amazing fic. Much loved and liked. I'm heading off to the next bit, nice merge.

Keep writing!

Oh man. The Cylons are truly dangerous now!

Sweet! Levels the playing field eh? Kudos!

You have an excellent imagination. I look forward to reading the rest of the arc. You do need a beta reader. You say venerable when you mean vulnerable, for example. There are other problems. I am not trying to nitpick. This is meant as constructive.

Hello Richardson: You wrote: An idea for you, one that would fit in well with what has happened so far, and that also ties in with what happened to this version of Picard and Garret. What if Count Ibis tried to prevent Voyager , the klingons, and the Blood of Saints from getting home by de-railing the Contour Subspace highway, creating the same quantum fracturing as with what happened with the Ent-C incident? Q could leave in the dark the Janeway & co that made it home, but it also leaves things open for them to hit other universes (ATV, for one... possibly putting back on track an alternate version of it.), and for general expansion and mayhem of the Ruinations War.

Hey Sir: It is an interesting idea but in this case Iblis couldn’t interfere with the Cortour transitway because of two things. The Preservers and Q. This is a personal conflict with Q and their safe return is part of his plan and honored by the Preservers. Besides I have promised to finish the Evolutions/ Ruination story and they are an integral part of the story. Part of that will be getting back to Q and Iblis and Suchita (V’ger offspring) and their family as well as the Great Machine Intelligum.

However those ideas are there for others to expand on. So many people have so many great ideas and I love to read good stories.

From: RL Seward (I'm new to your stories, so I don't know if you developed this or not. I like what I am reading, so far. Is there a reason that you haven't gone back and change the name of Riker's ship to the Titan?

Hey Seward: I am sorry that I did not get back to you sooner. This was done long before Riker got the Titans and at that time I had no clue. However, since I’ve blown up Voyager and done a few other things such as change the USS Colin Powell to the Voyager-A I will keep Riker’s ship as is. That way I will be consistent with this timeline. I don’t know how much you’ve read but there is a lot more history in the Evolutions time line and it varies widely from the OTL.

The conversation, eventually joined by others lasted for hours. Of particular interest was the military logic of the Colonials during the thousand-year war. Only five Battlestars were known to be operational at the time of the Peace Conference. Evidently the Colonial government relied so heavily on those massive vessels that no other support ships were commissioned, which struck the Federation officers and crew as extremely odd, bordering towards suicidal. They used the word 'odd' quite a bit as they were being truly polite here. True, the Vipers made up a significant portion of the defenses but what in God's name were they thinking, not to at least have some sort of cruiser or destroyer-class ships even if only as some kind of backup? At the very least those ships would have provided some form of protection for the immediate planetary systems

This paragraph is inconsistent with the next paragraph about the Pegasus. At least that is how it feels to me. IMOH

This has potential. It has a very V'Ger like feel. I like it.
