Omigoshez, I absolutely LOVE this story! It runs through great, it has a perfect development...argh, it's just great!! the best tamakiXeclair fic ever! no, scratch that, the best ouran fiv I've read so far. and I doubt it will be surpassed. A definite favorite!

This is a wonderful, *wonderful* progression of a possible relationship between the two of them. I love it, so, so much. Neither of them were out of character, and you were careful to make sure that things didn't move too quickly so it didn't seem like Tamaki forgot about Japan and that Eclair was more of a selfless person than she actually is.
I'm particularly impressed at how you managed to make Eclair do something selfless (telling him that he can go back to Japan, that he could still visit his mother whenever he wanted do) without making her seem completely out of character; I've decided that this is because you are brilliant and made her fall in love with him and want him to be happy, which she showed a bit at the end of episode twenty-six. Very good.
All in all, I adore it. And I'll leave with the heartening thought that maybe they actually will be in love, with a little more time. ^_^ Thank you, I definitely needed a story like this; I'll have to check out some of your other stuff.

I'm so glad there is an Eclair/Tamaki story that doesn't end in tears. You captured Eclair's character so beautifully, I could just dance. Also, the scenes are set so perfectly; I could picture them easily. Wonderful story. :)

This story has made my week. Everything is wonderful, you were very patient in developing their relationship, from frigid and awkward to less awkward as Tamaki rubs off on Eclair until they reach the turning point (which I have to reread because I'm afraid I'm missing something more profound). Eclair's state of mind and feelings feels absolutely authentic. Thank you so much for writing this--it was inspirational.

I will also be shameless and beg that you write some more of these two; perhaps from Tamaki's perspective? More of the same would be great too.

Wow, that was so good. I pretty much loathed Éclair in the beginning, but after a while, she grew on me, and now she's one of my favorite Ouran characters. You captured her exactly the way I thought she would be if we had gotten the chance to explore her character more. Thanks for this amazing piece! :)

This was stunningly beautiful. It's a refreshing change to see someone who doesn't hate Éclair. This was wonderfully portrayed and very in-character.

There were some slight typos, which, although they certainly don't detract from the quality, I figured I should mention in an attempt to be constructive.

Anyways, this was a unique idea for an AU, and I wholeheartedly commend you for it.

At last, a good side of Eclair! Most of Eclair's fic make her like a b*h. But actually Eclair is kinda good, just like the way you intepret it in your fic. It's good!

I never thought I'd actually be able to like Eclair...but your story has made me feel an understanding, a sort of empathy, maybe even sympathy, for her =) I know there are lots of people who hate Eclair, and plenty of Eclair-bashing fics out there, but you've really painted a wonderful picture of her; you've shown that deep insde, she's just a girl, who wants someone to love and accept her. And your Tamaki is simply beautiful; I think you've captured him perfectly as well =) In fact, the whole story is an extremely realistic and plausible take on what would have happened had Tamaki chosen to follow Eclair to France, so really, well done!

This is a pairing of which I have never read anything before. You've surprised me once again with your skill. And I like how epic well you write such intellectual, regal point of view narrative. It is a completely captivating style of yours and the awesome additional notes about the characters' actual feelings and the like that you put in brackets make me jump for joy. I like the depth of the feelings of those two and the way they dance around each other throughout this story. It's truly lovely, I adore your style more and more with each story, I swear! ♥
