I'm intrigued to know how Jazz knows so much about the Mystics and their powers, because you'd think if it was that simple then the other SPD Rangers would have picked up on it; especially Bridge with his psychic powers.

The main criticism a lot of romantic fiction is it being rushed. Here, you've managed to develop the feelings and thoughts between Daggeron and Jazz well to the point that it was inevitable. So glad to see that happen, you've done a good job on this. Looking forward to more.
