Yo I just read this new chapter to your story here and I must say that it was funny in a good way funny and it works well enought, but you got to remember that puppetry needs more control then most shinobi have that same goes for atleast 1/3 of kunoichi thats needed to learn and use the puppetry skill.

Like what you have now with Ten-Ten and Sakura Ten-Ten is able to use chakra strings so its not that far a stretch for her to be able to learn and use puppets and Sakura has the possible control that is needed for puppetry to be of any use to her, but when you look to Sasuke as he is now it would be far to late for him to learn the skill because he would be set in the way he fights, if him and your Naruto from this story of yours met up when they were younger it could have had the chance for Sasuke to develop the skills needed, and you have to take into consideration that when Sasuke unlocks his bloodline he would have to change how he fights in-order to to use it.

Also before you consider to have others learn puppetey you should take this sayings into mind "Over-specialize and you breed in weakness" and "If you over-generlize you create hesitation which can and will lead to yours and others death" so please think about that and I hope that they help.

O ya I just wanted to say thank-you for the shout-out at the end of this chapter and I hope what you found on my profile helped you after all the reason I even set up most of it the way I have is so writers like yourself find the information they need and inable them to creat better stories so I hope that is helps you.
