Bolt the superdog 2009-12-02 . chapter 20Totally, LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT. Awesome story! |
 bttf4444 2008-07-20 . chapter 20Well, this is a great ending to a great story! :)
I guess Marty Jr wouldn't have any new memories, yet. Well, I'm missing he misses being able to watch six shows at once. |
bttf4444 2008-07-20 . chapter 19This is a great chapter! Actually, I figured that Arthur would be Dave's middle name - but Calvin Arthur McFly is nice, too.
Well, I can hardly wait to see how this ends. :) |
bttf4444 2008-07-20 . chapter 18This is a great chapter. It is strange to think that Marty Jr would only be 10 this year. Most of my stories that have him in it has him as a teenager.
I can hardly wait to see how George and Lorraine respond to the whole idea of time travel. I wonder if they'd tell her what happened in 1955.
I also wonder how Doc's parents would respond to the idea of Brown Ravine.
Well, off to read the next chapter. :) |
bttf4444 2008-07-19 . chapter 17Great chapter! I love the way Marty took care of Buford. I can hardly wait to read what happens next. :) |
bttf4444 2008-07-16 . chapter 16This is a great chapter! I can imagine that Clara would be awed and stunned by the DeLorean. |
bttf4444 2008-07-14 . chapter 15This is a great chapter. I'm glad Marty Jr finally got a chance to tell his father what happens to him. I can hardly wait to see how Clara responds to the time machine. |
bttf4444 2008-07-14 . chapter 14Great chapter! Marty Jr is very smart! :) I always agreed with Marty, when he suggested just bringing Clara back to 1985 with them.
BTW, about my story, even though Marty knows that Linda is going to die of cholera - he doesn't know the exact date that she dies. He's not expecting her to get sick during their stay in 1905. As far as he's concerned, if the relationship between Verne and Linda doesn't work out, they would just return to 1987 - and let the course of time take care of itself.
Yeah, I can't see Doc throwing Clara back into the ravine. To me, that would just be plain wrong. Doc and Marty really had to deal with that moral dilemma is Kristen Sheley's fic, Tremors in Time. |
bttf4444 2008-07-12 . chapter 13Well, this is a great chapter. I'm glad that Marty Jr finally got the story out, even though Marty Sr has yet to know. I can hardly wait to find out what happens next.
BTW, I just uploaded Chapter Six to The Girl of My Old Home. I'll try to get Chapter Seven up by tommorrow, and then I thought of adding Marty Jr's story to Looking Up. I'll just do Marty Jr of the Trilogy Universe, since that's my main focus. That's probably all I'll do for that series. |
bttf4444 2008-07-11 . chapter 12This is a great chapter. Phish Tacko and I were kind of discussing what drinks they'd have at the festival, and we like the idea of Seamus drinking apple cider. I think the Martys would enjoy the pe they served at the festival. They just wouldn't care for Old West meat.
Thanks for your reviews for my latest fic. I'll try to add something new to The Girl of My Old Home tomorrow. I really enjoy writing that fic, too - and I'm glad that I finally thought of a McFly relative to call Douglas. The story will have about twenty chapters - and, later in the story, Seamus will end up visiting 1987. He would probably be a little frightened by the future. |
bttf4444 2008-07-09 . chapter 11This is a great chapter! Actually, I think Biff-A is worse than Buford - but TP Biff wasn't as bad.
Well, I guess the next chapter will be the festival. At least, Marty will have Jennifer to dance with. :)
That denial thing that Doc is doing is so funny! :) |
bttf4444 2008-07-07 . chapter 10Great chapter! I always figured, though, that nobody knew the first name of the teacher who fell into the ravine - but it's a very interesting take. It's a good thing Hill Valley isn't that well known - by 1985, anyway. Otherwise, could you imagine what Clint Eastwood would think?
As far as both Martys are concerned, the time machine has improved both of their lives. Still, I guess Doc was blinded by his love for Clara.
I just realized. I guess Marty Jr would undergo the same experience in the Future Son Universe, as Marty Sr experiences in the Calvin Klein Universe.
Also, I guess they'll have no choice but to tell George and Lorraine about the time machine. I wonder how they'd react to the news, especially Lorraine. I wonder if Dave and Linda would be in on it, too.
Anyway, I can hardly wait to read more. :) |
 bttf4444 2008-06-19 . chapter 9Great chapter! :)
It's so funny, though, how Marty Jr seemed more accepting of spending time in 1885 - than his father. You'd think he'd have an even harder rime with it, considering what 2015 in the BTTF Universe is like. |
 bttf4444 2008-06-07 . chapter 8This is a great chapter! :)
I think Jennifer should've been there, though - for the "Mom" gag. I actually did that in three of my fics: The Next Generation, History Repeats Itself, and Psychedelic Psummer. Three fics from three different universes.
Anyway, I think your fic is different enough from the movie. Some thought that Twins In Time and my Alternate trilogy were too much like the movies - even though, Part 3 of the Alternate trilogy probably differed the most.
Anyway, I'm still planning out what I'll do for The Girl of My Old Home - but I should be able to get it updated, soon. Verne would be back in his old time, while Marty would be reprising his "Michael J Fox" persona. I'll also be introducing a couple new McFlys: Angus and Douglas. Angus is halfway between the age of Martin and Seamus, and left Ireland in late 1903. Douglas is the same age as Verne and Linda. So that will be who George is named after. |
bttf4444 2008-05-23 . chapter 6This is a great chapter. Marty '15 did seem to be pretty crabby, didn't he? Of course, after being miserable for 30 years... I'd like to think that, in the new and improved timeline, Marty would be much more laid back and easy-going - and Jennifer would be the disciplinarian.
Anyway, to answer some of your questions, Howard Needles is the son of Charlie - and a half-brother to Jiff and Jill. Howard was the one who bullied Emmett (Doc) in Blast to the Past. Hank Needles is Howard's son and Douglas' father - and he was the one who bullied Toby and harassed Sally in Psychedelic Psummer.
By the time I get to the 1905 portion of The Girl of My Old Home, Tiff will have already been raped by Charlie - which would remove the ethical quandary of whether or not Marty should let the rape take place.
Anyway, I can hardly wait to read more. I love the idea of the Martys pretending to be twins. |
