At times, I was a bit wary because it seemed like it was going to turn really dark, which it was but the entire time it still had hope in it and I loved how you wrote in their different point of veiws, kind of. You kept exactly to character, how they acted and what they said/behaved and you nailed Azula amazingly! She was so creepy and itimidating and it kept me guessing how it was going to turn out, I really liked the ending(it would be nice if something like this happened because they had better return/be saved before the season finale! If not, I'll just pretend like your fanfic really happened :D) Was this really your first one? You did great! Nice vocabulary, dialoge(he heh...I don't know how to spell that word) and I thought it was kept well into character and followed a logical plot line. Awesome job and keep up the great work!

It is really hard to say if Ty Lee is a bit silly or if it is just her way to act and usual upbeat and perky behaviour that led a lot of people think so... Good one! I will admit that there are some things that don't sit quite right with me (I can't really see Mai and Ty Lee joining the Gaang right away- if at all- nor do I think Azula would let them go so easily), but that's mostly trivialities having to do with different interpretations of the characters, so... Your writing/characterization is really excellent. I'm definitely looking forward to reading other fics you write (especially the Azula ones, because I have a one-track mind)! :)

StarReader86 2008-05-20 ch 1,	abuseYou did a great job showing us what Azula might have been thinking during the Boiling Rock episode! Even though I still don't like Azula, at least you made her somewhat human enough for me to understand where she's coming from. I don't think Ty Lee would go back to Azula so quickly, since I think she would rather stay with Mai. But then again, her betrayal was unexpected and it looked like she didn't even realize what she was doing until it happened. So who knows, right? :P I would love to see more chapters, maybe one focusing on Mai's POV as she's sitting in her prison cell.
