... This is really a wonderful piece of work! We see the weaker, more humane side of Rosiel (looks as if this is also evident when he's with Katan... sigh), and how close he and Katan are. How sweet, to think that the earring (it had been a favorite of mine in the story) was gifted by Rosiel.

You really have got to write more of such stories. Makes me feel fuzzy all over with the realistic characterization of angels with human emotions. Well done!

*Sniffs* this actually made me cry. I think its one of my favourite Rociel and Katan pieces I've ever read. The tone of it is consistent and well done, and Katan was written beautifully. I was very impressed by your portrayal of sane Rociel, just for a moment exposing the madness that will soon consme him. Katan's reactions to Rociel's actions were just so perfect. And it was nice to see sane Rociel. I have only read volumes 1-19 but I think you used the Volume 20 quote very effectively. Very wonderfully done. Lol, now I need to go and get a tissue. _;;

Oh, wow. Very nice story. It's interesting to read about Rosiel before his change, and his interaction with Katan then. Plus, since we know what happens later, the brief flashes of Rosiel's rage is all the more scary to us. Katan's devotion is wonderfully touching... Please do write more!

I, I, I... I am feeling very teary eyed now. Katan is my absolute fave and all I've ever seen of him is the OAV and stuff on the net. This fic made me sooooo sad. Sespecially when i read that quote. i have NO clue what happens at the end of the series sept for the bare facts... and I've forgotten most but... yeah. I adore poor loyal, trusting, sweet, innocent but not quite Katan

This is such a sweet piece! At least, until you THINK about it and put everything in context and then it's still sweet, but also creepy as Hell. Still, I'm glad Katan had that sort of happiness, even if only for a little while... OK, other than my rabid Katan-fixation. This was very well-written! Other than being just plain *good,* and showing a glimpse of Rosiel and Katan's relationship we don't often get to see (but I could stand to see MORE of!), it was well-structured, well-paced, et cetera. *g* It was just good. I must confess to you, though - it's not wordwrapped. I had to copy-paste it into Notepad to read it. You may want to fix that...
