One of the few fave-able Buffy fics at FF Net. Very nice little Joyce!fic ya got there. :) Sometimes ya gotta wonder more about how Buffy's slayerness affects her mom outside of what we got to see on the show.

Okay, a little outtake from a fictional scene that's based on this:
Director: CUT! Buffy, you were supposed to ask Joyce, "Is there anything you want to tell me?" not "Mom, have you seen a vamp named Thrace?"
Buffy: But I wanna do it!
Dawn: (from backstage) You know, Buffy, he's right!
Joyce: What makes you think he's right?
Dawn: He hit my foor with an anvil! As punishment or not following him!
Director: And I'm gonna do it again to both of you! Or I QUIT!
