abuseMy goodness. You have somehow made the image of Jesus in a bar... and Satan trying to slip him a roofie... WORK. Uh... good job, I guess?

ch 8,
abuseHi!

I have not found it out who Sam was until the end.

Oh yes, that can make a kid loose his fate, when this guy judges wrong... ;-)

abusehahaha! I love this chapter, and I thought it was something bad. I'd imagine all the bad stuff in the theif would be washed away in God's presence, but hey, it's your story, and it fit in well.

abuseHihih, "Think old tuna sandwiches left out in the sun all day. Delicious, right?" Yes, that sounds very delicious! *grin*

"And, His will being law and all that, immediately it was hilarious and I started laughing. Even though I was still thirsty."

Yes I know, I have said it more then ones. But again: I really LOVE this human Jesus you discribe: A man whis human needs and thoughts and one who can laugh.

ch 7,
abuseThese little stories are hilarious! I love it, and think God should've listened to Jesus in chapter 5 and made cotton candy trees! I'd have a yard full of them :) Keep up the good work.

abuseHi. Well, I can see that you are going for a humorous effect... but it is indeed lacking in due awe and reverence for that which is holy... for that which is sublime... for that which is profound beyond measure... for the very things of God... for God Himself. Thus, it left me feeling sad. No humor in that.
It is of course the responsibility of an author to know that of which he/she writes... so I would, quite sincerely and respectfully, offer a suggestion that you become more familiar with the subject matter that you use in your writing. I think that when you begin to truly comprehend the things of which you write... it will make a difference.
If you would like to respond to my comments in any way, please feel free to send me a PM. I'm open to a discussion.
If not, I understand. Either way. No hard feelings.
I hope you continue to use your writing abilities. I really think you could do very well if you started by expanding your knowledge and insight on the subject matter you choose.
Take care. :)

ch 6,
abuseHi!

Another good one. :-)

I agree with just-nikki: You gave Jesus a human face and that makes him much more likeable.

Okay, aweless should fit it better.
I wonder if there is to much awe or fear in this people who dislike your storys...

abuseI love that you've put a human face on Jesus. Sure, he's perfect, but if you can believe he's not, it makes him so much more... likeable! Your wit is astounding. All of these are so well-written. I love them all to pieces. I love God and I don't find any of these the least bit offensive, just hilarious. Besides, we don't know that these things couldn't be true... :)

Keep writing!

ch 5,
abuseHi!

I have just read the other chapters - and I love them all! :-)

Really, it is respectless but it isn't mockery, in every chapter is a little message even the pissed Hardcore-Christians could find.

Do you know the book "Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff" by C. Moore? He uses the same kind of humor und one realy love this human Jesus he shows there...
