Just read this and loved it. Spike still without a soul, and still in love with his Slayer. I particularly liked that you had a decent story line going, and not just sex - though the sex scenes were great too!
I loved the bickering, the flirting and the final fall. Excellent stuff.
There are so many poorly written stories out there, that it made me very happy to find someone who can construct sentences, can spell and knows their grammer.

It was a good story - Decent length Chapters and a decent length story - Spike and Buffy was done really well from what I can remember of BTVS. The plot was good, the only problem I had was the corny line "Feels so good' and shit, but not that much of a problem.

Oh another good thing - Most people who have drama must make someone cheat on someone or be a whore and shit, you didn't do that which was good because thats all I can find nowadays.

Good and the sex scene was alirght just the 'So tight' 'Oh so tight so warn' shit was annoying to read but not skip this part annoying if you get the picture yah?

Good story so far. Spiky/Buffy intraction is good and Spike is well done - along with Buffy.

WOW! NOT MUCH ABOUT THIS STORY I DIDN'T LIKE ...

1) LOVED their fighting and flirting scenes; laughed myself blue!! (and quite alarmed the cats, they can't exactly call 911 ...)

2) glad buffy appreciated the vast difference of a normal cemetary; yes, some are quite beautiful (nice to know a story or two can portray them not as bad places, but i digress ...)

3) got quite a chuckle out of buffy's possessiveness; we never got to see this side of her during the show - very refreshing!

4) LOVE that the claim-y thing was BUFFY's idea; from fearful girl to commito girl - makes my spuffy heart go pitter-pat!

5) enjoyed immensely the interchanging scenes a) means the reader is paying attention b) gives a cool new look at two back-to-back scenes - i think it read great!

6) AW - LOVE how he's her normal (i need to find the kleenex; i may need to buy a triple pack ...)

7) love how she accepts him, his nature, and can still work with compromise - who knew buffy could be this relationship/mature-wise (angel doesn't count - it was for her own survival then). LOVE how even arguing over his new 'habits', they don't hide from each other, there's total acceptance (some stories that i've read kinda gloss over this potentially non-harmonious issue, it's made into an 'i love you' kinda stuff, and yes, this story has it too, HOWEVER, the difference here is there's more deep-rooted stuff fleshed out here - no apologizing, no deception, no hiding) REALLY LOVE HOW THIS WAS HANDLED HERE! KUDOS!

8) but HANDS DOWN the best part of this chapter (and one of my favorite sections of the entire story) is the last conversation buffy has with giles - priceless, perfect, hysterical, touching, heart-warming, etc! (again, me turning blue with laughter, but this time the furry ones ignored me)

a) LOVED how she told him it was SPIKE who saved the world, and she said it with pride

b) LOVED how she kept railroading him 1) not really letting him talk, rather, make her feel insignificant, or less valued, or stupid; in this own quiet way she really stood up for herself, and her man, NO APOLOGIES for herself or her new love 2) telling him he would tell the scoobies about her and spike, and letting them have time for them to get used to it 3) telling him they'd be back in a few months (when was the last time buffy really stood up and told giles anything contradictorily?) THERE WAS NO GUILTO BUFFY HERE - NO BEATING HERSELF UP FOR LOVING SPIKE (sniff, sniff ...he deserved this ...)

9) as short of a story as this is, i truly didn't feel rushed - which is weird 'cause it takes place in such a short amount of time; maybe because this story acknowledges what really wasn't in the show - they'd been drawn to each other from the start, even if the 'drawn-ness' (which i know isn't a word but can still kinda work in this context) was based on violent dislike/hatred. weird thing is, it worked/works for them!

TRULY A JOY TO READ THIS AS IT UNFOLDED - A TRUE, PURE SPUFFY DELIGHT! DING, DING, DING - WE HAVE ANOTHER WINNER!!
