I'm B A A A A A A A A A C K, Did ya miss me, ah who am i kidding of course you didn't. Yes you heard right here folks the storm god is back in the l&s section.

Ngrey i must say this was perfect for an ending, and a good lead on for your sequel. i don't have much to say other than you'll be seeing me more often around here again, so expect more reviews from yours truly.

You have come close to confirming my theories on Grey, all i need is that one last piece of evidence that can bring it together.

once again congrats on finishing.

Clever and beautiful. "Good Work" is too superficial a description.

I like writing long reviews. But there is no need here- besides, it has already been taken care of.

The only thing I want to say is that LILO & STITCH is prety special. Maybe not to many, but to some. And it is certainly a franchise unlike any other so-called cartoons. It has heart, even brains.

Any proof? Yes. Few sections on this website feature such intelligent and deep pieces of writing. Not all of the fanfics here are that meaningful, but there are more of that kind than in other sections. Proof that the original material has quality which rebounds upon certain of its enthusiasts.

On DeviantArt, my signature tag reads: "The important thing is to think and enjoy at the same time." It's well met here.

Lilo is pretty much an "inner child" character to me. It saddens me that both Disney and many so-called "fans" are intent on assasinating her. But they can't destroy the past- and the future is a closed book. Most of all, though, they can't destroy minority reports (my little joke).

A non-initiate reading these lines would probably pass it off as overreaction. But your work, Nick, shows clearly (and lovingly) why it all means so much to some.

Aloha, VoxAdam

Aloha!

I feel nostalgic when I sit down and start writing this review. Things are changing. The new anime series is soon here. I would say that the pilot episode will be sent to youtube in about 30 seconds after its ending so that people all around the world can see it and judge it. And when it gets removed it will be reposted dozens of times.

The new series seems to be lot lighter and lack all that edge Chris Sanders put in the original movie. They seem to have toned the rebelliousness and anarchy down and made it more "child friendly". Every single character is redrawn to look more like an anime character. And what is worst it lacks Lilo, Nani and Hawaii.

Who knows, maybe that anime series will become a big success? Still it won't be the same. Well, only time will tell. There are only two things that are sure. Disney will sell a lot more Stitch merchandice AND all wackos in the internet start drawing Stitch p0rn again.

I will give the new series a change though I am very angry and dissappointed. I will do it because I don't want to act like an idiot and start a new fandom conflict greater than "Lilo/Stitch/Angel" wars. At least there is one good thing about the new series. A lot more people will get interested in original movies. If there would be enough interested people Disney might revive its plans about a NEW Lilo & Stitch movie.

Fools hope is all we have got.

Hmm, I wondered when you would post this to FF. It is a nice alternative view on the new series. It looks it with common sense not with blind rage. I have to admit that Grey gave Stitch many good pieces of advice. I can realte with Stitch since my first reaction to the new series was a series of curses. It was also good to see Stitch acting so openly to "save" Lilo. Very few authors show how protective Stitch is towards Lilo anymore. It is a great pity that they fail to see that despite Stitch is with Angel he still has a specila place for Lilo in his heart too.

And if I remember right that tip of hat to Jess "Jestifier" Winfield was already in L&S:O. Congratulations, you explained the series by using the series.

The second part of this chapter made a beautiful tribute to the fact that we can be alone and still we are never alone. Life is brutal. It ruins all, ravages all and kills all. Still we have to live it to the end despite the fact that doing it hurts like nothing else. And maybe there are a couple of good moments too.

The other thing that makes me nostalgic is that the author is finishing his trilogy. All good ends eventually but it is still bit sad since this has been your best achievement on the field of fanfiction. You have written hundreds of thousands of words, saved world numerous times and the entire universe too, killed almost the whole cast once or twice, redeemed a pile of villains, broken thousands of taboos, copypasted hundreds of lyrics and told about sixteen trillion jokes.

When the last chapters come I will put monocle on my eye, get a bowl of pop corn and listen Anvil of Crom to make the reading experience perfect. From its beginning to its end I thank you Nick.

See you soon!

Hmm, Victoria and Keoni are both minor characters that were originally created as plot devices. They both could have used some more personality. Sadly their lifespan didn't last long enough for them to reach this story. And as far as I remember they didn't have any children. But I think that they fit together well and this little chapter gives their memory some respect. The song you chose fits them very well.

Still there is something more in this chapter...I think I have to reread this...

Ah, this makes me nostalgic. Nani and David were indeed good characters and earned their place in many people's hearts. They never got bigger role but they were always there to help and encourage when others had to do great deeds. History seldom remembers those who backed up the heroes. Still without those millions those dozens hadn't been able to save the day.

Truly Nani and David were minor characters but the every scene they got they used well. Ah, it is such a waste that David is always remembered only as a handsome surfer among many others and Nani as a nagging woman whose temper could challenge a supernova. They left many good memories to the newer generation. It is sad they never had a child, isn't it.

See you soon!

PS: It is sometimes completely beyond all explanation what parents give to their child as a name. Still there are many worse ones than Bellatrix.

Heh, Pleakley sure is effeminiate but I am not entirely sure about what his sexuality is. Is he purely gay, bisexual, crossdresser or just the most effeminiate man in this sector?

We must consider the fact that we don't know whatever happened to his father and his mother was and is still a very dominant woman. He hasn't certainly had a traditional childhood. Most of Pleakley's effeminiate behaviour is because of the fact he has learned to do women's jobs.

It is funny that authors only see Pleakley's sexuality. What about the rest of the noodleman. Has anybody ever written about his job, his family or his part in ohana? It is somehow both tragic and funny.

But we all love Pleakley...

Aloha!

Hmm, it is time for Jumba to step on stage. He is a bit forgotten character on this age when everyone makes design OCs (shooks his fist). He is a very interesting character. He is a mad scientist on his best. He is smart and funny. His accent and logic are completely unexplainable. He is a warm father figure in his own way. And he has always some project going on ranging from ketchup tasting rocket fuel to time travelling surf board. How often authors allow him to invent anything nowadays. They never do that? We don't even have too many good time travel fics since Watsonsword ruined the consept with that fic of his.

Still Jumba works very well when the author knows how he is supposed to be used. Ngrey understands Jumba's weird but warm personality and uses him well. Deep down inside Jumba is like any aging, single man. He wants to find a place where he is loved, understood and accepted just the way he is. That is why Jumba still lives in the same house with Lilo, Stitch and the rest of ohana.

Nightwing just needs to learn the idea of real love and caring to understand Jumba's logic. Yes, he is indeed one of Jumba's BIGGEST mistakes and he even has guts to wisecrack about it. Well he did eventually end up in Experiment Hell so I think I can forgive him.

See you soon!

PS: Who is next? I hope Pleakley comes soon since I want to know what song he will have.
123qaz 8/5/08 . chapter 42
Aloha!

Well, well, well, if it isn't my favorite OC.

That sure is hopelessly optimistic and naive. Still don't they say that optimists live longer. Sure Nick can annoy cynical people like Jumba or me but at least he is annoying in a good way. One has to say that this song really fits him. Only negative thing I have to mention is his certain lack of colour. He is mostly all white. I somewhat prefer Grey since he is optimistic but still knows that every day might be his last as it is for every living being. Hmm, maybe it is just the fact that author's skills have developped between the creation of these two OCs.

One question still remains. If they would have let Lilo stay a bit longer she could have answered to that last question that will reveal the entire truth. Well there is a slight chance for them all to come back since the competition thing in Australia isn't over yet.

See you soon!

This was beautiful.

One can't describe the joy I felt when I saw those four small letters in the end of the line. We have seen gods and monsters. I have witnessed them all from the most valiant hero to the most revolting fiend. But still they mean very little to me compared to those four letters.

L-I-L-O, Lilo is a pretty name for what is one of Disney's best and most credible female characters. She is human, so very human. This is her both her greatest victory and her worst downfall. She isn't as "cool" as the franchises other, better known, main character. She is less appreciated than Stitch but not without her following. Most often it is pointed out that she is small, weak, annoying and naive. But I think that those things don't matter if they even are facts. Most importantly Lilo is kind and caring. Both her mind and heart are always open and she almost always manages to retain her positive outlook for life. She brings the best sides out in others.

And what does she get as her reward? Repeatedly she has to cry from pain and fear. Many times she fails in her attempts to find friends. Too often she watches how her true love walks away holding hands with someone else. Regularly she is hurt and left to bleed dry just because she stands firmly on its side what is right and fair. Time after time she is killed as a "clever" plot device. Some times she has had to pay even greater and far more personal prize...the one thing that is worse than death...the one thing that is A LIVING HELL. When one looks at this it almost seems that authors here hate her.

When one considers these things she indeed is some sort of saint that has only come here to suffer to help others only to go back where she came from. VoxAdam truly is in right about this thing. Well, he is in right in almost everything he says about this francishe.

The problem is the average human lifespan that lasts aproximately from 60 to 80 years. Still she will surely spend those years well. Genetic mutations can life forever for all I care but the short thing that is a human life is always fuller and more important. Which is greater: to live a day as a lion or thousand years as a sheep? Isn't it the fate of human to spit at immortals and moon at the entire universe saying: "I am small but you have no right to overlook me!"

Yes, they tried to bring her back but Death rules as a marauding warriorking among mortals and will not give away its loot. Grey tried three times and failed every single time. So many questions were left unanswered.

Still it seems that she could left afterlife to come and hug Grey for one single time. Bah, what is with that spirits can't stay longer with their loved ones rule? What is it with having to wait alone in afterlife? Heaven isn't any better than hell if your loved ones can't be there to share its joys with you.

Anyway this was a very good chapter and extremely fitting "in memoriam" with a good song. If I could I would give the author a big hug for writing something so good.

Aloha but not as in "goodbye"

VoxAdam 8/4/08 . chapter 41
I don't review ngrey651 stories often, sadly. I just can't seem to get around to it. A habit which I am trying to break, but it may take some more time yet.

Usually, I'd add some sort of quote or witticism at this point to underline my statement. But I'm not in the mood right now. Besides, it would be out of context.

I couldn't pass up the opportunity of doing some form of assessment on this chapter. I'll be the first to admit that my reviews for "All Together Now!" more or less focus on background information than the actual storyline. Mind you, maybe that is appropriate, seeing as this "musical" is not supposed to be a canoon story, but a character analysis.

The reason why I could not pass up this chapter is pretty obvious: finally, a chapter which gives a little nod to the franchise's other main character, less appreciated than Stitch but not without her following.

I noticed that this chapter had less humour than many of the others. Not that it was bitterly serious (how could it be?) but that there was a less laugh-out-loud tone to it. But that is appropriate... it's not a character study of Lilo (as if we needed any), it feels more like a tribute. Which, in my opinion, is a good thing.

A noticeable tendency of recent L&S fanfiction is for Lilo Pelekai to die. Either she is in danger of death, or she abruptly gets killed, or she is already dead before the fic's beggining.

My gawd, that girl has seen so much of the afterlife that it almost makes you wonder if the afterlife isn't actually her home, and she's some kind of angel... Ha ha, now THAT would be fitting.

I like your depiction of the future Kokaua Town. The characters which fill it are brilliant, to sum it up crudely. It's a shame that placing the setting in the future requires Lilo's death (because of her human lifespan). Daveigh makes a fine replacement character in the role of the young Hawaiian girl who has to deal with bizarre creatures every day. But you can never fully replace any character. And although many authors have a bad tendency to overlook this, it's extremely unlikely that anything (Stitch's redemption, the extended Ohana, any future events) would have happened without Lilo.

It's a nice "in memoriam" chapter. Need I add more?

Amen, VoxAdam

Aloha!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA! This chapter lacked only Erroll Flyn's and Basil Rathbone's classic swordplay. This was truly an old-fashioned showdown between good and evil. It had the meeting of the foul ones in their hive of scum and villainy to ensure the creation of their wicked plan and the kidnapping of the damsel so she can properly be in distress. In addition there was the classic verbal jabs from both sides and some good fight scenes with some very overstylished moves. And there was also the evil woman who looks at the dashing hero (more or less) with desire in her eyes only to be knocked out. And since the valiant battle was valiantly fought to its glorious end the noble and victorious heroes could celebrate their noble victoriousness with some heavenly good icecream, twas truly is the nectar of gods.

Okay...

I give bonus points to the author for making Daveigh get nauseous because of all spinning around and vomit on Samael. It is good that someone else around here favors a scene where a villain gets vomit on his face. HEHEHEHEHEE!

Thank you for a really funny chapter and see you soon!
