An amazing story!

This is a wonderful story, I wouldn't change a word. Love the mud, the camaraderie, love the interaction with the children. The action, the drama, the worry, the horse's were fabulous, especially the tributes at the end. Very well done.

This was such a beautiful story and wonderfully told with great characters. Who could resist a fire horse? Great to see all of The Boys involved, too. :-) It's like a long-lost episode! Brava!

This is a wonderful story! it definitely had my attention from the start, it made me laugh & cry. I especially liked the end when Johnny & Roy saw the spirit of Cappy waiting for a fire engine to pass by.

I thought this a terrific story. One of hope and faith, the station pulling together to help people as they always do but the people had opened their doors to them first. And I loved how they station got everything together with the Chiefs, the medals and the new colt...Everyone safe and sound. Great drama, some nice history and a wonderful story with all in character. Sue

What a great story! I was sad to see it end...it made me laugh and also made me cry (a lot!) at the end but it was worth it to read such a wonderful story.

Very nice story. All were very much in character and I liked your original characters and the horses. Teeny quibbles-Is the name Sandy or Sarah? That was confusing. Also, there's no need for the whole text to be in boldface.

Wow this is a wonderful story but I do have one question. Part way through the story I noticed that "Sandy" had changed to "Sarah" and then back again. I did notice it a second time as well. Was there a reason for this or just an editing error?
