Very nice! Oh, the UST...but where would Romy be without a little of that? I love Mystique being the awful wench that she is by laughing near the end--perfectly in character for her psyche.

This is a good story. I think you should expand it into a longer piece. I don't dig Remy with a soul patch though, but that's just my opinion. Poor Rogue.

I really loved this one. Beautifully written and I really enjoyed how it picked up after the The Messiah Complex.

well, i sure like trifles! or drabbles, or short fics, or whatever you wanna call them... you managed to say a heck of a lot in under a thousand words, so if you feel like counting everything that's said and implied between the lines, i'm sure it's much longer than that. ;)

anyhoo, as always, a fabulous offering. i have to admit, you had me fooled when i started reading this, thinking rogue was actually tracing her fingers along remy's face. sadly, that was not to be... but a nice twist, her using mystique's powers like that. of course, that's opening up the whole can of worms about thinking of the two of them, and hearing mom's oh-so-supportive voice in her head... le sigh. poor rogue.

so, yeah. i've gotta say, finding two updates from you in my inbox sure makes me glad i decided not to wean myself of my internet addiction and bring my laptop on my vacation with me! SO worth it. :)
