Kyouya is human after all, so he's bound to experience emotions that he doesn't expect to feel. Haruhi seems to have gotten more assertive than her usual self; though, I didn't expect her to turn out somewhat violent on him. However, she was like this once towards Hikaru in the anime and the manga when he kept being disrespectful towards her old classmate/friend, Arai. It looks like a happy ending for everybody. Though, Tamaki looks bothered from seeing Kaoru and Haruhi's public display of affection. Kyouya would find a new love in someone else. There would be hope for Hikaru-a new beginning where he'd move forward as a self-improved person. Things look hopeful with the way that it ended. The Host Club coming together in the end brings even greater happiness.

A sequel is optional if it's in your best interest to further continue the story. I like it the way things are since it ended on a good note. Thanks for writing this KaoHaru fic. I felt that it was underappreciated from the start when my love for the pairing blossomed. Now it's great to see that fans for the couple has increased.

Despite the grammatical errors, you did a great job on the story overall. There's some depth added to the characters. People can easily connect with them. Everybody seems to be in character for the most part. You definitely have a way with words from what I've seen in the descriptions. This talent will lead you to your great potential someday. Keep up the good work!

It seems like ages since I last read this fic. I've been away from the Ouran fandom for a while and had directed my interest elsewhere (other anime, Taiwanese dramas, Mandopop, and K-Pop). It's easy to get sidetracked once you come across something new and interesting.

Kaoru is so sweet toward Haruhi as her boyfriend. Other than Kaoru, Haruhi is the person that Hikaru is likely to get through to him. He does have deep love for her. I think he can be persuaded by her. She cares for him as a dear friend while Kaoru care for him as his own brother. It seems un-Haruhi for her to criticize Kaoru about his kissing. I can't imagine her complaining about this type of thing since it's out of her character. She's usually not one with a great imagination or refined taste for things, being the "apathetic bystander" that she is throughout most of the story. The way that Kaoru proposes to her is romantic even though he does come off a tad silly. It's an exaggeration on Kyoya's part that 11 AM is an "ungodly hour" of the day. Having a sleepless night may have done this to him. Or... He might not be in the mood to see a bright, sunny day because things aren't going well for him. Kyoya seems to be taking it well. It's like him to not be dramatic about anything (unlike Tamaki). Threatening people with blackmail to get something out of them is so Demon King-like. It's good that he doesn't have bitterness towards Kaoru and is willing to let Haruhi go.

A common error that I see throughout this chapter is the word "that" being used in place of "than" when making comparisons of things.

I really enjoyed this story although I felt Haruhi was ooc most of the time .. but then again, I didn't care cause she hooked up with Kaoru lol.
