Would love to know if things are okay with you these days, mediaminer doesn't really show any more udates than FF does, so not quite sure where to find the latest and greatest, or even if you're still writing these days. Also I used to follow the blog but that really hasn't been updated since you moved back home to Canada again. As much as we like your fics, some of us also like to think we've grown to know the man behind those works over the years by reading them... Just letting us know that you're okay would be a big relief!

As for the fic...I know you'll try to get back to it when you are ready and able to. Thanks for the wealth of story you've shared with us already!

Well, you already know that I like this story.

I'm quite well aware that RL tends to bite. I'm more than willing to wait.

Well, i tried to make it through this, but this fic defeated even my considerable endurance.

One the plus side, this has to be one of the most honest portrayals of Akane I've seen in a fic, while the work itself has some interesting twists and evolutionary crossover elements. It's all well written mechanically, but...

...But it drags. Badly. Or rather it wanders from place to place, almost incoherently at times. Likewise, it grates in how some characters are evolved natural beyond their original templates while others are left static for the sake of plot in the most artificial manner possible.

The same can be said for the "villains" of the story, which are kept as one dimensional as possible and the "parent used/abused his/her child for own ill gain" premise wears thin after about the third or forth child. This plot device is used on all of three of the Tendo, Ukyo, Ranma, Ataru and even Nodoka, losing any value it had after the second or third iteration.

All this said, the fact that you're a good writer is the only thing that kept me going to this chapter, but I'm going to have to all this work a critical miss.

Wonderful story!! Can't wait for more!! hope to see you write more of this once your muse strikes again. Love the direction you're headed with this and i can't wait to see how everyone deals with the things that are coming out, esp. the fact that Ranma and Happoosai are related!

Well this fic starts off as something I wouldn't like to much. I'm never to fond of fics where Ranma gets locked as a girl, and starts to like Men all the sudden. As it's been stated in several fics over the years, he's a guy. His body may change, and a few chemicals may change, but in his mind he's a guy. I've always been of the opinion, even locked as a girl he would be at least lesbian. Bi-sexual perhaps eventualy. I've always been of the opinion you can't change your sexual prefrence on a whim, and no one can force one on you. Just look to anyone who is gay, you can't force them to be straight any more then Ranma should forced into men. Sorry for the little rant.. just something always gets me in Ranma's a girl fics. Beyond that little bit, your fic is amazing. I"ve always loved Sister princess, and I understand it's a real task to cross over with this series. If for no other reason then the huge cast of characters you have to keep track of. It takes a lot for me to enjoy Ranma is a girl fics, and this one managed to do just that.

This is, in my opinion one of THE "Ranma gets his own life" fics out there on the net today. I haven't read or seen much of Ataru's world, or even heard of the Princess Sister series before reading this, but the author manages to bring each of the characters alive for me to the point where I no longer care about whether I know all of their backstories or not. The chapters are long, complex, and detailed; it's like being plunked right in this world that the author has presented to us. Four and a half stars out of five, all the way.

I don't know why. But I like the the orginal version a lot more, but the revised one it's nice to, but i really would more for it if the orginal version would get first finished.

Update this pls! And pls finish ur other fanfics!

how would i love to see the the last chapters of your frist try at this one to rewritten. It is a great and complicated crossover. and that i love very much. and the slowly going romance between ranma and ataru are great.
what would the call ranma the great evil bride or something? you really should update it. i had fun with both versions. but this one is far better. but i was missing ataru a little courting of ranma.

This story was pretty good. The writing was fantastic and the chars were pretty believeable... right until Ranma once again gets locked in his cursed form and starts jumping on guys. He's not interested in em. Period. He's not gay. Well, as a female I guees he would be a lesbian, but you know what I mean. You're a good author, I'd love to read other stories you write.

Ok now why on Earth would Ukyo have to give up her art? One of the key points of Ranma's school is the adoption of other schools methods and techniquies much like Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do. So Ukyo could continue under Ranma's school or some varient of Jeet Kune Do. End of problem.

The key point fanfic author keep missing is the fact the Kuonji yatai was NOT taken by Genma because Ukyo lost ownership of it the Gambling King. To keep him from claiming his prize she and Ranma roll him up in a mat and chuck him in a canal. By the time he gets free Genma has already run off with the yatai. There is NO Kuonji honor involved in this and I wish authors who add in the idea that Ukyo's father is involved in her actions would remember the Gambling King.

The only thing about your fic that annoys me is the fact that information travels so fast, faster if they try to hide whatever.

Otherwise, I'm extremely glad that you've finally updated this again.
