Lovely idea, Dean telling his brother about the hidden treasure and what a sweet payback of Jim's to have the older boy refill the holes in the yard.
Caleb's prank though was really kind of mean, I agree with John there. He shouldn't have involved Sammy. But I'm glad too, everything got settled right away.

I just love weechester stories especially ones where sammy is so adorable, because that is exactly how I picture a young version of sam. And I can totally see dean playing those kind of stunts with him. Really well done on caleb's character. I was wondering if you were going to due a sequel, because I just can't imagine sammy forgiving caleb so easily especially when he could have gotten in a lot of trouble over caleb's prank. It's funny all I can picture is sammy not talking to caleb and caleb bending over backwards to fix it. lol anyways, good story hope to read more soon.

Awesome story, and the book you chose to build the story around was just perfect. I was scared to death to see what John would do to Sammy for painting himself with all that paint. Thank goodness, mad dad stayed for only a minute and forgave Sammy for what he had done.

The retribution for Caleb was perfect!

Caleb certainly didn't think that prank through, but thank goodness John was only briefly mad at Sammy seeing as it wasn't the little guys fault at all! Loved the payback of Caleb having to clean the bathroom, guess the paint wasn't all that easy to remove! John should have make him clean the carpet of all the paint stains too!

This is so funny, I really had to smile picturing little Sammy covered with paint. Also the destruction in the yard, it is hard to believe how much damage those little ones can do. Another great Weechester story from you. I adore you. Hugs, Vonnie
