You kept Light in character, but still show some signs that he cares for Misa (if only it's just a teeny tiny bit). It's pretty rare in a Light/Misa fic that I usually see around here... I do adore how you describe the scenery so beautifully. You made this Light/Misa fanatic very happy. :D

Oh, I really liked the ending of this. I thought you got a good balance between romance and loneliness, and I liked the motif of sparkling/lights moving through the story.

Now that was the best kind of symbolism for LightMisa. It was so simple and yet the impact was strong enough to impale you. I honestly got it and Light felt so distant and yet so wanting to understand Misa as well. I think the Light you've written is considerate, passionless but still...real. He was concerned for Misa but couldn't possibly go deeper than that. I think he was terrified when she just started crying. I think something opted him to feel something for her, even just at that moment.

It was great portrayal, sweet and precise prose and diligent details. Misa was sensational too. She was a little taciturn here which I think what made Light finally respond to her, give her something...feel something back.

Brilliant. I'm glad you posted this. The choice of theme and title was appropriate as well.

i loved this fanfic! it didn't show light as too evil or too mushy! =) One slight hint of criticism is ...DON'T STOP WRITING FANFICS ABOUT LIGHT AND MISA! THIS WAS aWeSoMe!! I absolutely, positively LOVED it! ya.. sorry, im uh sugar -high! ^_^

Although the romance was a bit one-sided, it did have a bit of Raito's feelings for Misa. It's sweet and subtle.
It's definitely far from many of those horrendous, out-of-character, pitying Raito that enveloped Misa in his arms.
No, this showed not too much, but not too little. It was just right.

But still, RaitoL pwns it all. ;)
