I hope you finish up Needs: Orihime soon. I've enjoyed the past ones so far, but I'm a little impatient for the next installment. One comment: in this chapter, you alluded to a romance between Toshiro and Hinamori. I believe that they are actually supposed to be brother and sister. What's done is done, however.
