You know I had just glanced at it before, and liked what I saw in that glance. Now that I actually sat down and began 'reading' this fic, I enjoy it even more! I hope you update soon!

Another fine chapter, if a bit short. However, it wasn't really made clear what happened in the last third of the chapter. What I was led to believe is this: Soma reached one of the teleporter rooms when the castle either started to rearrange itself or the malevolent force from the first chapter tried to 'break in,' so to speak. Soma then started saying something about the castle fighting 'Him.' As far as I can tell, this means that either the castle is no longer under Soma-Dracula's control, or that the malevolent force attempted to 'break in' and the castle was fighting to protect Soma-Dracula. You should probably clear this up in the next chapter.

...yee-ikes. Soma can be quite scary when he wants to be apparently. And I hope you will explain what just happened here. I'm a bit...lost. Do the spirits of the castle hate Dracula? And again, I request that, if any of the people from the train survive, please let it be the child. I love kids and I hate it when they're hurt in the stories.
Anyway, good job. This is one I'm definately one I'm keeping an eye on. (Oh, btw, you have a few spelling and grammer errors. Might want a beta to check up on that. But other than that, no complaints.)

While I'm impressed to see this story continue. I'm actually kinda left in the dark here.

I get that Soma left the aquaduct behind, and entered the capel and heard a vision of the past (related to Leon Belmont and Elizebeth Bathy though who the elder was is no clue on my part), he ran through the garden, which has always been filled with man eating plants before, and entered a teleport room that turned out to be boobytrapped.

That's where I'm left confused on what was going on.

I get the idea that castlevania now hates Dracula, and thus hated Soma. But why now I'm left in the dark.

I'm also left in the dark as to what happened when the teleport room started acting weird.

All I could get out of it was Soma's darkside coming out.

At any rate, for whatever it's worth, please continue.

Most people don't manage to make an interesting Castle crawl, let alone a solo one. I just hope not all the passengers turn out to be dead. That would be demented enough for Soma to declare hatred for God again and have the spirits of chaos once again come unto him.

The last two times Soma met Death, the reaper didn't hesitate to try and end Soma's life. This is the first time Death has had anything to say to his master since Dracula was freed of his fate of being the lord of darkness. I wonder what has changed.

An odd thought occurred to me, all the save points in the castle, those holy statues, could they have been Lisa's doing?

Soma and Death right now are reminding me of Light and Ryukk from Deathnote.

I hope you have the answers planned here. Because you are clearly building a lot of foreshadowing here.

Poor Soma. When J' killed Drac in 19 that was supposed to be the END of it. His soul was supposed to be finally free of the endless cycle!

There are only a dozen unanswered questions here, I hope you have them figured out.
