What a wonderful story I happened upon! I really do enjoy it and your writing skills are very admirable. Considering it's been 3 months since you've updated, someone probably already got the answer to your question. But I will say it anyway just for fun and everyone likes a long review no? Anyway It's Zack Fair. I hope you come off your HIATUS soon because really this is a very good story and there are many things that need to be answered! So I'll be eagerly awaiting your next chapter...

Wow this is really great. I think you should really come back to it. Yes it has holes and all but still you should really finish your rewrite and everything if you want to do a complete rewrite or just continued from here. I think it's great that Riku is thinking to use Axel's feelings against him sorta. And the way everyone is inter connected. I would really like to see how Axel reacts to findout who Riku's dad is, and when he remembers what Seph was working with Shinra to do. I really think you need to come back to this.

...Sorry, realise it's a little too soon after the last review, but uh, couldn't help but take a stab at the graveyard thing.

But first, review!
Everyone's IC, and somehow you managed to make a crossover game look like a good fic crossover, with full backstories and everything, (because let's face it, KH does -nothing- about backstory of the FF characters) and TWTNW as a band is so ridiculously awesome that I cannot help but, like, squeal. (I am also ridiculously in love with the names from the actual World That Never Was, because Hall of Empty Melodies is one of the most bootiful names ever!) and when is Squall gonna come in, if ever?

Also I found the Traverse Town theme online (in score) for, I think it's alto sax and piano, and I will be finding a sax player as soon as humanly possible - (who, of course, has to be willing, and I will bribe him with candy or just...okay, rambling, sorry.) and it would be incredibly awesome to have...what now? playing the themes from KH I/II/CoM.

Okay, stab at death - Zack, and from the way Sephi is reacting, probably he killed him by Zack's wishes. However, this would be before Cloud/Seph relationships, otherwise Cloud would be even more betrayed.

Or it could be someone really, really, random, like...I dunno, Cloud's chocobo? Or something. (I would laugh if it was the chocobo, mind.) Or maybe Barret. Or Red XII. Or Marlene. Because if you went for Zack and be somewhat predictable I would be so -disappointed-. *shakes head*

That said, I love all your other stuff, and KH stuff, especially Rikaxel, is brilliantly brilliant.

What i like most, however, is the way that you can kind of let the characters' feelings sort of float out into the open. it's not that blunt "this is what they're feeling" type writing.

I hate that stuff. -_-


Moving right along, i love the imagry as well. It far surpasses my own, lemme be the first to say. And some of the phrases really help to set the theme of the paragraph or portion of the story that you're working on.

I.E

"It was four o’clock on a weekday and the only people in Castle Oblivion were middle-aged businessmen whose wives were taking them for everything they had."

I can totally picture the bar in my mind and it's beautiful!
Well... as beautiful as a sad bar can be.


Anywho, I'm gonna take a shot and say that the grave belongs to Aeris? Perhapse not. You don't seem the cliche type.

Muhahahahaha. I was right about Roxas and DemDem. -dances- They /would/ look sort of cute together. That is a pretty awesome crack pairing, in my opinion. Better than even LarxKai.

Th mystery of Riku's past is still irking me. I must know about it. I must! Axel remains as wonderful as ever. The story continues to make me giggle all the time.

And, yes, Roxas--your random teenage angst does make sense. :)

Ah man, as usual you had me giggling all through this chapter.
Tifa was spot-on characterization, and Reno had Axel at gunpoint because of some stupid stuff he got into? Yep, a spot on Reno too.
The AkuRoku friendship was just plain adorable and the AkuRiku was the smex ;D
One problem: You don't update fast enough! T-T As soon as I read the newest chapter I have an over-whelming desire to read the next one. Apart from that, 's all good!

The way you introduced the Organization was fitting and done rather well.

Check that you don't leave words out though, it doesn't happen often but it can be quite distracting and annoying when reading. Maybe I'm just being pedantic if so I'm sorry, but just an observation.

we got more hints this chapter! small ones, but enough... Sephiroth is related to Riku (naturally!), signed him over for some reason Riku wanted... There's bad blood between him and Cloud, but the death of Zack (I'm guessing) still ties them. Roxas and Sora used to live in Midgar? I think? rox got involved with the organization, met Axel... moved back to where they are now, axel followed--UWAH, so many characters! then there's kairi, namine, their parents (the scene with kairi and her stepmother was so sweet; I'm glad we got to see her), larxene who is awesome, and marluxia (thank you for not making him a complete pansy!)... roxas and demyx... my brain's going to explode! x.x

haha, the flirting between axel and riku is great! silly riku, you'll have to accept it eventually.

and the whiplash sound, reno threatening axel at gunpoint for doing something stupid, and just... every bit of dialogue? XD asdaghr. I've missed this fic. I admit to being confused on all the character relations and their past some... But hopefully it'll be cleared up later. I like how you reveal things through characters instead of just telling us straight out--if that makes sense--so thank you for that. It keeps me interested.

Though I get the distinct feeling that he and Axel are going to have some rough sex the first time around. They just seem like the type...Update soon please!
