This story was amazing! I love these types of stories. The subtleness that is presented is what I enjoy reading and you have done this and more. I think I understand why Riku wanted to take night. Sora who is light would be there to make the darkness not so lonely.

I like the style in which you wrote this story it was like a book that makes you think or maybe because I just re-read Velveteen Rabbit. Seriously, the style was great! The story went along in order. They were lost, met, traveled and talked and went on to take the same journey again but with a newer perspective of friendship and something more.

The road led them to each other ah the irony... The progression that they made to remember each other was sweet they were now talking, playing and being how they used to be before their adventure. Then to be where they began was a disappointment but as Riku mentioned they would now journey as friends and hand in hand together.
