Jagdea's proving to be quite an interesting one. With some additional training to hone her natural talents, it seems that she could be a good asset to the Warhawks.

A very good start and a nice tie-in to the Snowbirds series. I'm eager to see how this plays out. With some exceptions like the Nighthawks Chronicles, there really isn't a heavy emphasis on covert ops and espionage in BattleTech. That makes for some variety.

If the unit is not so large as to make it tedious you may wish to set up a chapter with a list of mechs including modifications and the pilots with lance organization to aid your readers in keeping the characters straight.
