Dragon Ashes 2009-11-09 . chapter 14Le cute! It certainly deserves all the reviews it's gotten. I greatly applaud your creativity and romanticism that you put into this semi-sequel! Simply adorable! |
Barranca 2009-09-19 . chapter 11I love the picture of Venice you have painted. |
Barranca 2009-09-19 . chapter 6Sarah should know better than to try and beat Jareth at something he undoubtedly has decades of more experience at than she does. That pendant - was it Jareth's own dreams? |
ShimmeringWater 2009-09-16 . chapter 14Wow!! If ou haven't started your own book by now I do not know what you are waiting for!! This is the best sequel of Labyrinth I've ever read. I LOVED the burning roses, how you understood both Jareth and Sarah so deeply that you managed to pull this off. |
faithful muse 2009-09-12 . chapter 14Basically, this story just cost me two nights in a row of no sleep, but I tell you, it was completely worth it.
It is no exaggeration when I say that I want this printed, bound, and on my bookshelf.
You. You are amazing and wonderful and talented. I would gush endlessly, but I think I'm going to collapse happily onto my bed instead.
Thank you a million times over. |
Illusion of the Mirror 2009-09-11 . chapter 14Yes. YES. This piece is all that a good story should be.
What can I say that I've not already said? You broke my heart...then taught me to hope again. This has been a journey I shall never forget; a glorious three nights of anticipation, wonderment and intrigue. I...I have nothing more to say other than...thank you. Thank you! Thank you a thousand times for this adventure brilliant adventure!
Without a doubt, I shall return to reread this masterpiece.

Illusion of the Mirror 2009-09-11 . chapter 13I am... ...depressed beyond words. I don't think I have ever audibly uttered "No" while reading a fanfiction before.
Now if you will excuse me, I am going to retire to my bedroom and cry. |
Illusion of the Mirror 2009-09-11 . chapter 12This was an incredibly insightful bit of prose. Your musings (through dear Sarah) pertaining to a Father's love and the nature of striving for and attaining dreams is so well-thought out and deep. I felt as though I was not only reading for pleasure, but also learning. |
Illusion of the Mirror 2009-09-11 . chapter 11"Don't trifle with me. I'm apt to become violent."
I'm going to have to use that line. n_n This is like an entirely different story inside of the original! I must say, that I'm enjoying the historical aspect of this, being that I'm a huge European History buff. I look forward to seeing this play out.
And now, onward! To more shenanigans and tomfoolery! |
Illusion of the Mirror 2009-09-11 . chapter 10You're not the only one who cries during those commercials! Sometimes there's nothing wrong with being a sap. ^^ |
Illusion of the Mirror 2009-09-11 . chapter 8This chapter had me on the edge of my seat. I just couldn't stop reading because I had to know what happened next! The description of the garden was enchanting. I could see, feel, hear, smell and even taste its authenticity. Brilliant work! |
fiducia 2009-09-11 . chapter 14OMG I love this story so hard! It's perfect. Seriously. |
Illusion of the Mirror 2009-09-11 . chapter 7What an enthralling and unique story. I believe that you have, so far, done the world of Labyrinth justice. You've weaved a tale of danger, beauty and intrigue that has kept me "turning the pages," if you will. If I hadn't been so eager to read on, I would have been reviewing at the end of each chapter.
And so, I must continue on! It's nearly 3 AM and I have to be up by 7. |
Illusion of the Mirror 2009-09-10 . chapter 4Your vivid picture of the Labyrinth this time around is stunningly original. It's a feast for the imagination! I am growing ever more attached the Chaucer. The bit with the roses was beautifully horrifying, if that makes any sense. Superb work so far. I am anxious to keep reading. |
Trixie09 2009-08-23 . chapter 14This was an amazing story. Riveting and poignant. It made me cry and laugh at various points (especially the fruit basket comment). I chanced a peek at your Bio and saw you are on permanent hiatus (although I don't know if you can use the term hiatus if its permanent :P) so I don't know if you even still read comments about your stories. The whole story was amazing and the ending was spectacular (I'm even going to look up the original one, if I can still find it). I'm a bit loath to read the sequel since it looks as if it is unfinished, but I think I will because your writing is amazing; and whatever compelling story may be laid out in 8 chapters is probably worth reading. I just wanted to congratulate you on a story well done (the epilogue is great too!). If you write more I will be sure to read it, but if not, it was a enough that you graced us with your stories. |
