Can't begin to tell you how much better this is, than Jacob saving Bella! It tickles me you thought of this outcome to Bella's cliff-diving episode.I do wonder, though, what kind of storythey will come up with, to tell Charlie?

This is good. I love exploring all the ways New Moon could have gone after Edward left. This is an interesting variation and I liked the way you made Edward take the place of Bella's hallucination.
