that was so sad! i loved that last line though. i really thought Itachi was going to end up, idk, taking her away or something. but that would be too generic. i love how you just portrayed the girl simply, but had a deep character. she was 'just another girl', but at the same time she was special. and i really, really hate kishimoto. he is killing the story. why can't he kill one of the konoha people instead? gr...

Dear lord. This is one of the best Itachi one-shots I've ever read. It was simply amazing. There were times it brought tears to my eyes! The original character was quite crafted and interesting. Not once did I lose interest; which amazes me. I really loved it.
