Very unique opening scene. The "end at the beginning" technique has been so popular in movies recently, but I've never really seen it employed in fanfiction. I hope the story leading up to the end is as good as the ending is so far (confusing, huh?) :)

I'm running through my head to figure out who the woman is...Beryl or a surprising character? It seemed that it might be the latter just because you gave no real clues to her appearance, only that she had baggage with Endymion.
