Please,update and can u turn in to a fan fic between Birdie and Tony?

ok, so I have a question... Does this go along with the story Addiction, with Methos & Tony knowing each other or is this set before that short story? And if so, when he had him investigated why didn't thay come up with a picture for Tony to see & recognize him?? Or am I just way off base here...
