Tenka-chan 2008-08-09 ch 10,	abuseOh my God, poor Jaime! Even in fiction, it's hard to see a child deal with something so horrible, probably because we knoe it happens all too often in reality. Sabrina being Jack's mother does explain the connection between Jack and Jaime, although I myself am curious as to why Jack is still so reluctant to shed light on the situation. It's obvious he cares for Jaime as much as Bobby does, and I think he knows a lot more than he's letting on still. Although it does seem very 'Jack', to keep such things to himself. That part at the end when Bobby finally saw himself in Jaime was so powerful that for the first time, a I got a clear image in my head of what Jaime looks like myself. I knew from descriptions of course, but you know how when you imagine a character, it's only at a certain point when you clearly see all of their attributes and connect the dots well enough that you mind forms a perfect physical image. I guess you could say that, like Bobby, I truly saw Jaime for the first time this chapter. I'm very anxious to see the extent of Jaime's injuries and what effect they will have on other upcoming events. Wonderful job keeping me on the edge of my seat, as always! Much Love! Tenka-chan

Tenka-chan 2008-08-01 ch 9,	abuseSorry for the late review. Band camp. 'Nuff said. I knew I was gonna hate Justin. I think I have an idea of where this is going, but I'm trying not to over-analyze things 'cause when I do, not only am I usually wrong, but I just end up confusing myself. I like that you brought Sweet into the mix. Having an already established quasi-villain gives you more room to build up the main antagonist, which I'm guessing isn't Sweet. So good call there. I also liked the protective way Bobby handled Jaime, and Jack's response was also spot on. You're very in tune with the characters, even so far as to the point where the reader becomes in tune to their characteristics as well. I'm so looking forwrd to the next chapter! My school starts Thursday. Thus my schedule will slow down, and my reviewing should become more immediate. Which makes me happy too because I want to know if Bobby and Jaime are related or not as soon as possible. The weird thing is (and I'm pretty sure I mentioned this before) I don't know if I want Bobby to be Jaime's father or not. Am I correct in assuming that was one of your intentions when writing this? After all, the best mysteries are the ones where the reader doesn't know what he or she should anticipate. Well, rambling, so I'll let you go with my typical 'awesome job, as usual'! Tenka-chan 2008-07-21 ch 8,	abuseYay, more chapters for the undeserving unreliable reviewer! The brotherly banter was great, like it always is. Jackie's such a good sport; he takes it all in stride. Ick, Sabrina's coming back. Although I always try not to like her, that bit with the answering machine cracked me up. I actually have to leave like four messages on my mom's machine since it always cuts me off mid-ramble like that! Arg. And Bobby's trying to deny his paternal feelings is always a heart-string puller for me. He's such a poser. Like everyone doesn't know he cares about Jamie. I already don't like Justin. I am determined not to like him, so he better not be like a toy salesman or something equally delightful, because I can't like anyone who tries to break up the banter-trio. I just can't. Anyhoo, wonderful job on this chapter. Loved the introspective bits with Bobby. It's like being his shrink.
