still liking this and good second chapter
but very very literal, espec. "She watched some TV, but there wasn’t anything on she liked, so she took a book, and went reading in bed. When she got tired, she turned the lights off and went to sleep."
It makes it sound less realistic, just something to bear in mind (even though you've already posted chapter 6)
