You know I always love when you update. I was so happy to see the next chapter. I've had trouble with my own Xena muse lately, so this inspires me along with some new stories that are up. But I digress. It seems that Gabrielle has taken the Conquerors advice to heart about having faith in her abilities and when they go to battle with Rome. Yakut and Cyan seemed worried about Xena for some reason, or I'm reading more into it than there is. But Gabrielle showed that she had the power and heart to overcome her slaver. I have a feeling that Hecht has now shown his face for the last time. Gabrielle made a good threat, but that slaver has a real mean streak. But now that Gabrielle and Xena have had some time together, maybe after the battle they can settle down and concentrate on other things in their life. :D
