But all the same, I loved reading this. It's not often you find such raw human emotion in writing, especially not in words that truly capture the feelings.

In my opinion, you portrayed Scott and the whole situation perfectly. Logan's advice could only have come from him, and was exactly what Scott needed: Tough love.

And Jean? Well, I love Jean. And I did appreciate that it wasn't her that found Scott, but was there to support him when he was ready to return to her. Not only that, but she let her own emotions get the better of her. In this story, she was human, too; capable of making mistakes.

I have searched and read all your stories available on the net, and, had I known your real name - the one you use as a novelist IRL, I'd read all you have written. Your work seem to satisfy a sort of hunger in me, the need to connect and verbalize a set of thoughts and attitudes yet undefined. You make me sad for not being able to create worlds and characters as you do, yet grateful for the opportunities to appreciate depth and beauty of written stories.

Wow, this is so good. I know you wrote this awhile back, but I thought I should leave a review anyway because I just loved it. It read like a movie. :-)

Wow. Completely human, completely how he would react to such a situation, completely true. Hate crimes are all too real. The monster is the one to not entertain thoughts of being a monster. Guilt makes people human. Great fic, yet again.

Nice. An emotional Scott? A comforting Logan? You portrayed Scott's emotions very well in this fic as well as Jean's reaction. :) It was great!

Man, your stuff is good. It makes you think. And Scott was acting very... Scott-like. The leader in him that shows up no matter what X-Men series it is. The fact that you can capture that is a sign of true talent. Yet another great job.

I can think of no good reason why this story hasn't had more reviews. Unless we're all just intimidated by your talent. I know I am. This is the kind of review where you just say "Wow" a lot.

I think this is really good! Real life, real death, it's all so...realistic! And even the swearing - something I usually hate - is at all the right places! This is such a good fic...keep it up! :)
