I found myself watching Lizzie McGuire today on Disney and thought of finding some fanfiction on the cutie that is Gordo, lo and behold, yours is the first one I find and i am happily surprised.

This is a good story; it has a lot of depth. Gordo's transition is believeable, truly, and it's going really well. It seems a little slow, but at the same time the happenings in-between are interesting.

It was surprising to see the Lizzie world portrayed like the real world with sex, alcohol and cussing; it is hilarious to imagine Gordo saying **! lol

Anyways, I hope you keep going, this is a story I look forward to reading (And I'm hoping it gets bumped to M soon!! XD)

Oh the end killed me... just when I thought everything will be back to normal, things got messy inside Gordo's head and we're back to square one regarding Gordo's feelings about the great Greg! Let's face the fact that the phone talk between Gordo and his father was so rich and so Gordon-like, simply said, perfect in every aspect you can imagine.

Te talk between friends, Miranda and Gordo, was so... Strange... They were... Or well at least Gordo was so OoC... Let me explain... I actually can believe he said that to Miranda! Yeh I know all of this has been triggered by the talk between him and his dad and the experiences he has faced so far with Greg... and the last phone call between them... oh well maybe that can trigger such weird convo between them...

Anyway the chapter was Interesting to read... and imagine what will happen in the future... Nice chapter well done! Keep it up!!

I know I haven't reviewed in a while, but I just wanted to let you know that I'm still enjoying this story. I didn't think the last chapter was weird at all. Gordo's jealousy may be because he doesn't want to share his friend or because he sees Greg as more than that; it can still go either way, but I do have some ideas about where this is going. (I PMed you aboout that.)

Dunno what you tried to do this time... But what i know is that it was completely weird... did you tried to make Gordo super aware of his feelings... I feel that it would not be the case... I feel that in this case Gordo would not feel like this... Exactly like this... I do agree now that Greg is a special person in Gordo's life... but Special as that to consider him to be a boyfriend... Hm I dunno but I dun like how you tried to work it out

Ne way things got interesting... More now... I like to see some drama going... And Gordo being a mess is quite fun to see... Dunno whatcha think but this turning out to be a good fic so far... I wanna see what will Mr. Gordon will say to Gordo... And What will Gordo say him about all of this mess!! XD

I am so glad you're continuing on with this story! It's been a really interesting read so far and I can't wait to hear how the Greg and Gordo situation is going to turn out. Keep up the great work!

Glad to see you continuing this. Gordo's going through a new experience. I can see where second base would be a good position for him. Smarts and short, quick throws are needed, not a strong arm for long throws and the speed to cover the longer distances in the outfield.

I'm still not sure what to think of Greg. I don't see him taking all those things Gordo said in confidence and blabbing them to other people. He seemed genuinely interested in helping Gordo sort out his thoughts about Lizzie and Miranda. Someone like Gordo would be sensitive to being teased, I think, so that rings true to me.

After all the drunken bonding between Gordo and Greg, it was jarring to get back to baseball. I'm sure it was for Gordo too.

Oh hohohoho... Again a very Gordo like approach of reality! I understand you're ** 'cause no ones reviews... and In fact this story really needs some reviews and feedback and constructive critique... Well well this chapter had a realistic approach of what a few boys experience in their early teens... thou poor Gordo is 16 here, I really like how he's taking the experiences... Dunno if this turn Gordo gay, but really this setting you've made so far makes us feel that he will like turn gay and do crazier things that he has done so far... Obviously the Lizzie factor will play a lot in his final decision... But really so far I find this story really interesting and a good read to revive this characters...

Go and surprise me/us with an awesome chappie next time!! SO far I love it! Keep it up!

Be not dismayed! 30 reviews for 13 chapters is pretty good, in the current environment. Nothing like Lizzie's heyday of course, but hey, the show's been off the air for, what, seven years now? Compare it to like shows, and I think LM's doing just fine.

This kind of story is definitely not my cup of tea. I just can't suspend my disbelief far enough to believe that Gordo would be having these doubts.

In reality, it would go something like this:

Lizzie: What's wrong, Gordo?

Gordo: Well, I've been having these weird thoughts, lately.

Lizzie: Well, here, let me sit in your lap, and you can tell me al about it.

Gordo: Well, um, see, the thing is...lately, I've been thinking about whether I...uh...uh...

Lizzie: What's the matter?

Gordo: You're just, kind of...squriming...a little bit.

Lizzie: Oh, I'm sorry. I'm just trying to get comfortable, but it's really hard.

Gordo: Um...well...uh, you know what? I guess I don't have as many doubts as I thought I did.

THE END.

So, seriously, the subject matter is not really the kind of story that I'd gravitate to, but I've enjoyed some of your other efforts, and I'm impressed with the strength of your writing here.

I have some other concerns here that have nothing to do with slash, but I'm going to withhold my comments on that for another few chapters, until I see where you're headed with this.

On a totally unrelated note, I'm fully onboard with Miranda's reaction to Gordo's belief that Lizzie was into him. That's absolutely what she'd say.

Looking forward to more (up until the point where it gets too graphic for me)... Don't know if I'll follow you to the M section, because that's SO not me ;)

Damn... Davey got all worked up this time... He really saw to much into Greg's actions... thou I undoubtedly would do the same thing if I were the poor Gordo... Damn what would you think if you saw the bare back of the guy that's kinda flirting with you... no way I would stand the view and I'd immediately run away from him... Well at least things ended good for now... but now I'm sure the poor Gordo reeks of alcohol and vomit... And it's so gross to sleep that way... Well... at least things have cooled down for now
