no the military is a laughing stock because they let a mighet into he army. if they meet said short person then they either change their tune after a beating from aformentioned small alchemist. or if they aren't so lucky the vertically challanged major would attack them for a more serious reason like with scar or mustang and they would be either dead or in intensive care. if the person is still laughing it is due to not meeting the pipsqueeck or they talk behind his diminutive back after seeing his wrath used on someone else.

i guess its pretty good for a first go at humor, i would probaly do a complet flop if it was me, but i suggest a change in subject matter, you used some serios stuff in a comic context, which is the opposit of how i find most humor fics to be, i sugest using somthing unserios and have it treated seriosly, one example would be a fic i read, were roy got high on coffee and tryed to over through the further with an army of sporks
