Black*Star and Tsubaki were kind of OOC in this fanfiction, but not in a bad way- in a FANTASTIC way. You edged them out of their molds, in a way that could still be cannon to their personalities, maybe. Very good work ~

I thought it was a good story. Kind of an interesting switch after episode 11, but shows how similar they can be at the core. Wouldn't be a surprise that someone who had lost his family at a young age and only heard terrible stories would be like that when alone. Was nice seeing the thoughts of Tsubaki as she decided whether or not to act.

It's not that out of character. A kid like BlackStar, with that kind of past, it's not weird at all if he cries like that. And Tsubaki, although reserve, she can't stay back forever. I think you did capture the other of them quite fantastically. Nice one. ^ ^

Aw, that was nice. I've just started to watch this show and I think that its pretty cool. Black Star and Tsubaki are my favorites so far, so this is a welcome read and addition to my favorites. Keep up the good work.

Sorry for not loging in, but I'm in some sort of hurry right now.
I love the dynamic between these two and it really gets to me in a motherly way. I love cheerful characters who had suffered in the past, and episode 10 (as well as the manga) proved that Black Star is that kind of character. I'm not interested in a love relationship between Tsubaki and Black Star, so this fic worked perfect for me. Good job!

Yep, it may be an OOC situation, but at the same time everyone has their bad days and for all we know this might be one of the worse for Black Star.
